carbon monoxide, benzine, the list goes on. not to mention, i think all heavy smokers suffer from dehydration. these are all headache triggers. i get mild headaches when i vape and don't hydrate enough, but i keep ahead of it. i am a migraine sufferer. real bad. (12 hour puke sessions bad.). haven't had one in a while so i cant say vaping is helping or not. jury is still out on that one. one thing i do notice. i used to get dizzy spells when i crawled inside and under equipment. so far that has not happened since switching. congrats on all the improvements in your lifestyle. keep it up.I used to have DAILY headaches. I was having to take something for it several times a day just to function. Since I quit the tobacco, my headaches are GONE, GONE, GONE!
Plus all of the other good stuff everyone else has already mentioned....
Being able to take single drags then put down or put in my pocket until next time. I'm vaping less than I smoked because I can do on an as needed basis!
