Here is the first prototype
Anodized aluminum caps , top / bot. ,
O-ring's internally and externally to seal everything ,
Polycarbonite tubing ( bullet proof plastic ) no cracking or braking ,
filler screw hole on the side with plastic thumb screw
1.7" tall
Sorry no colors for now , the colors are made in acrylic and that is not the best material to use , I have read that they are having cracking problems ??

Nice Mike, Damn nice. I like that the top and bottom don't take up so much room in the tank. As long as you stick with the 510 OD size most anything will fit but I believe the Fusion has become quite popular but for them you will need to make a tank about a quarter inch shorter to allow for the 801 base.
2 1/8th in. holes should be plenty. If you want I can send you a couple Fusions Mike, just let me know.
I also have some Mega 808s, some V2510s, some other ones I can send to you too but they all have the same OD. Just let me know and I'll stick them in the mail tomorrow.
I do love that design, Way to go Mike.

That filler port will be a good selling point. So far mines the only one I've seen with a port and it works great.
Another thing I was thinking about on a tank would be not only having orings on the inside but also having the top and bottom caps come over the outside a little with threads that threaded onto the tank. That would stop all the slipping people are getting.

I have not measured the capacity but around 5-6 ml , I think they will be around $30 or so Moo , they will come with an extra side screw and 0- rings 1 sm. 1 lrg.
Fork yea (as Mist would say)! Now I'll have to buy some steel CE2's when this is ready for purchase. The price sounds good to, especially since everyone else is jacking their prices up.

This thing should last a LONG time as well , only top quality parts being used .
