Just drill a hole in a piece of wood the same size as the carto and one coming down the same size as your punch and you got a jig.

Personally I like the Dremmel the best. I have more control with it.

Thanks. I'll try that when I get a chance and then I can see what I like better. I'm usually in a hurry and trying to escape from a 2 year old to get things done. I guess that's why I'm dangerous with a dremel.

Does the Dremmel leave shavings inside of the carto?

Some of mine do just a bit and then I clean it out with a sharp tool, others don't have much of anything left in them. Maybe my wheel isn't sharp enough...

Okay - few more questions that I probably should have asked before (I'm new to tanks if you haven't guessed) -

Between the 1" and 1.5" tanks - will both fit a "regular" sized cartomizer? Or do the 1.5" tanks require an XL / Mega carto of some sort?

Also - what are the capacity of the tanks in terms of mls?

I got my Buzz Pro rather recently coming from the GoGO (which is still nice as a pinch hitter) and looking for the ideal juice delivery solution. Was hoping some of the CE2 type stuff would work for me - but can't say I've been impressed. I did also get somewhat spoiled by the larger capacity of the GoGo cartomizers but looking for something that will hopefully last a little longer and not to mention rock out with the BP :D

Dave, the 1" tank is for regular size cartos and the 1.5" is got the mega or XL cartos. The capacity on them is around 3 to 4ml :)

The Dremmel is all I use and I've never gotten one piece of shaving or anything in mine.

I got my tank today and I am impressed. Nice thin end caps. Very clear tank and it works perfectly. Doesn't need to be locked into place because it doesn't slide a bit. Nice tight fit on all the parts. Best tank I've seen on the forum.

Maybe, but maybe not. I've been making a huge effort to slow down after I ordered my woody. I'm not getting the Infinity (unless there is one under the christmas tree) I was going to order the noticgs tank, but I already have 4 liquinators, so in order to stay out of credit card hell I've decided to wait for one of the liquinators to break before I order the M1A1. I'm hoping one of them break soon!

My tank arrived today! I ordered the 1.0 and I'm really loving it. The end caps are nice and thin, and tight. Like 5c said you don't need the screw to hold your carto it, it's a nice tight fit. I have weak and sometimes clumsy hands from arthritis so the screw is a HUGE plus for me when it comes to filling, I fight with the end caps on all tanks so this is going to make my life a lot easier. I have a fusion in it right now, fits great and I like that it pokes out of the top cap a bit so I can use any one of my drip tips, on other tanks my pawn (a favorite) didn't work. One thing I notice and it may just be me...the draw using the fusion carto, is lighter/more airy than with my other tanks, BUT the flavor and vapor production has increased.
I may have to go ordered a silver, but before I do, any chance you will be making them in each of the BP colors? Like a nice purple one?
Thank you Mike and your team for once again making a great product!! This tank is a winner.

Proper review soon, but here it is:

Vapes good. Real good. Buzzkill, ya got another winner here. :)

How much does it hold? Initial fill was 2 1/2 mils. The Fusion sucked up a little less than 1/2 a mil of that and refilled with 1/2 mil. I didn't top it off, so there was about another 1/2 mil of space left. Total, if you pushed it, you could cram 3.5 mils in there, but I'd call it at 3.

And that's about as precise I get. :2cool:

Got mine as well. My first impression is the caps are especially well made and the anodizing looks great. I was a bit worried the caps might not hold to the tube well as they are so thin. They actually hold firmly yet are easy to get apart and back together. One thing I noticed is if you tighten the fill screw too much it will pull the tube to one side and possibly let in air. As 5c stated you don't need to lock it anyways because the tank doesn't have a problem with sliding around. The fill hole is awesome and as another stated I can now use all my cool drip tips.

definitely a winner
