I got one I repaired that way with a stringe that I put a hole in. I just cut off a 1/4" piece of hose and it slides over the hole. It was the first tank I made. Uglier than caca but it works.
Enough with the cinnamon, I love the tank. Why is there so much engineering for the cinnamon? To hell with the cinnamon.

Thanks Ruppy --- I have just ONE question: how does this thingy work altogether? I flipped through the first pages of this thread and read something like: there's a clearomizer in it? Well...and that is where the question marks show up in my brain.

You choose the size for the cartomizer you like to use, whether it be Boge, DC, CE2 etc. You just need to be able to slot your cartomizers or buy the preslotted.
They work with any standard diameter cartomizers. On mine I have used Ikenvapes 801 Fusion, vapor4life coolcarts, NHaler KR808D-1 Jumbo, and Boge 808. It is easier to work with a cartomizer that is stainless steel finish -- on my vapor4life and boge cartos, I have to remove the outer covering first (the plastic wrapper around the cartomizer).
Two sizes are available, 1" and 1.5". The 1" will fit a standard length cartomizer, while the 1.5" needs a jumbo or XL (a long cartomizer). In either case you want a drip tip, to put on the mouth end of the cartomizer.
The cartomizer has to have one or two holes in its side, which provide the path for the eliquid in the tank to get inside of the cartomizer. Some people use a little punch, some use a dremel rotary tool to gut a little slit into the cartomizer -- both methods work, and a few places sell pre-punched cartomizers. For me, the Dremel tool with small cutting wheel seems perfect -- it takes about 10 seconds to cut a little hole in a carto, is easy to do several at a time.
It's basically a small barrel, made of clear plastic, with holes at top and bottom the size of a cartomizer tube. You push the cartomizer up, through the o-rings (that keep liquid from leaking out).
I top fill -- with the carto top just below the top of the tank, I pour some liquid into the gap, until it fills up, then push the cartomizer the rest of the way through the top o-rings.
There is a little screw on the side of the tank. Some people use that to fill the tank, others just use it to lock the tank to the side of the cartomizer (which keeps it from sliding around).
Use is pretty easy. I vape about 6 ml a day. I top off the tank at bedtime, then around noon, and about 6 pm. I have never run the tank empty -- those are just convenient times for me. With regular cartomizers I had to top-off many times throughout the day -- this makes it fast. I know I can go for a long drive, or do something which takes a lot of time, without worrying about running out of eliquid in the carto.

Wow just tried this tank using a IKV i06 LR in its sleeve with a hole drilled in the sleeve instead of a carto and I love it even more.MWA had a great idea,great great flavor.
i'm having terrible problems with it leaking and/or flooding...any suggestions?

took pre-punched steel carto and put it through the ORings and plastic tube
attached it to an Ego battery
put in a drip tip
filled it with a syringe through the screw hole
leaks out of the bottom
seems to flood the carto i think
could the punched holes be too big?
i dont have this problem with my DCT tank
any help?

Possibly the set screw(fill screw) is over tightened. This will pull the tube to one side and allow air in.
I use Ce2r4 cartoz and they want to leak sometimes when filling , what carto are you using ?
OOPS I deleted the image accidentally.Here is a setup to behold. This is an example of why notcig products are so damn GREAT.
If you notice that's why I have the seal on my screw. So it get's tight without touching the carto. Works great. It's the seal out of the inside of a carto.

I am using prepunched carto's from COV...andthe little screw is definitely not pushing the carto over or anything to let air in
when i put liquid in it just seems to go in the holes and fill up the carto and flood it i guess... even if itry to vape it liquid will just come up the carto into the drip tip...
i have never had this type of problem before with Tanks...i have 3 from COV of various sizes...
can anyone help?
maybe someone walk through their process of filling and vaping from start to finish in detail, and i can follow that and see if ti works.
i have tried it on multiple batteries and set ups...and wasted a ton of good liquid...
when i put liquid in it just seems to go in the holes and fill up the carto and flood it i guess... even if itry to vape it liquid will just come up the carto into the drip tip...

you could try filling it up from the top ? just slip the tank up the cart and fill from there , what is the exact carto you are using so I can check it out for you. '
