Question there aren't no worries over the battery going thermal with the magnetic switch? I know they tried it in the Zens and batteries went thermal on a few.....don't know if they ever found out why

I dont know the logistics as far as the Zenesis is concerned but the magnetic system on mine is designed to repel the battery at all times with 7lbs pulling force and not bounce around with the tubes the way it is designed. You will know when your switch is in properly when the switch is installed because of the North to South.
Make sense? Also I believe you are thinking of a hard short somewhere which was resolved in the Zenesis you are referring to.

The recessed magnetic switch is genius. The Mac can stand up on its own with no wobble, but still has that nice easy touch to fire.
