Hi Jason, my new version of megalodon just arrived few days ago. One thing I've notice is that the nipple in the center of the adapter thread is so long that it blocks the 510 atty to sit perfectly. Because of this, the atty's airhole was exposed thus I feel like sucking air instead of vapor. Another thing is that not all attys work with it. I have 2 good LR306s but when I tried it with my don one was not working. Any suggustion on this? tia.

I will have to look into it but have had 0 issues with mine, you may just have to take a crap atty, and cinch it down as far as you want it to go then go back and try with a good one. will have to look into it though. I dont mind mine sitting a little higher simply because i hate stiff airflow.

Heya, been enjoying the new Don the past few weeks.

Really enjoyed the 2 videos linked from the Don section on website but I had a couple questions on maintenance.

I have a ultrasonic cleaner and was wondering, on the parts shown cleaned in the jewelry cleaner. Would ultrasonic machine w/ vodka be a suitable substitute? Or better to stick with the jewelry cleaner solution and brush.

Also on polishing. Is this suggested for Don with the laser etch? My design was very simple with thick lines but wondering if it would be a concern with more detailed types or not a concern.

Thanks for the videos and the help. :)

Well with the engraving i prefer to use that aluminum polish that comes in what they call "wadding" its like pre soaked material and is not as abrasive as normal aluminum polish. Over time the darkeness can and will lighten. but if done right you should be fine. Now as far as the ultrasonic.. most ultrasonics are for jewelery so why not put jewelery cleaner in the ultrasonic? might work. The vodka will probably works as well but you never know until you try ;)
