Anjaffm , you seriously need to quit calling posters here "resident ANTZ". You are trying to incite fights and flames here. It's childish.
kind of like this?

Maybe vapers could wear a badge of some sort on their clothes so anyone can recognize from a distance they are vaping, not smoking...
Yeah... That's the Ticket.
But I would post them to a Web Site that has a Less Threating (all be it Confusing) Logo.

You see, the militant vapers seem to feel oppressed by mythical anti-smoking nazis, who take names and lurk around every corner. They need a badge to really play the game... The NUTZ badge...

That may be a bit of a failure to translate cultural joke...
Banksy is a very famous graffiti artist here, who draws all kinds of silly, irreverent, satirical images like that.

... Part of me hates it, but I'll admit part of me does get a chuckle out an adult acting like a child, as you put it.

I just came back from a holiday in a European country. Vapers and vape shops everywhere. Vaping allowed everywhere. Vaping allowed at the airport. Vaping allowed in taxis. Vaping allowed after the smoking bans in restaurants and hotels. When was the last time you were in Europe? Before you call someone ignorant, you may want to actually go there to get a feel for what is really going on. EU legislation is a joke, which won't be taken seriously or enforced.
You might also expect them to be a bit less cocky after their 21-year error in getting snus banned. Everything they said about snus, they are now saying about e-cigs, but everything they said about snus was wrong. It hasn’t stopped them, calling for snus to remain banned, so we can safely assume it is not evidence or health that drives them, or that the loss of a few lives matters to them (update: or perhaps 290,000 lives per year if Sweden’s success was repeated across the EU – even if a small fraction of Sweden’s success was attained, many thousand premature deaths might be avoided)
You have nooo idea how slowly those wheels turn - but turn they do.
UK's e-cigarette legislation is supposedly going to be enforced from 2016 (medical regulation, thanks for asking - since the EU left the door wide open for member states to consider e-cigs as drugs)
Oh, and snus is still banned across the whole of the EU except Sweden...

Really? You are going to postulate future conditions based on what current conditions are?
How do you know that the legislation is a "joke"? How do you know it won't be taken seriously or enforced? I'm sorry, I am more willing to believe someone who lives there than someone who just returned from "holiday"
I’ve heard people talking about vaping having to go underground. Illegal vaping clubs starting up. It sounds so ridiculous for something that is such as safe activity. A bit like underground salad eating for vegetarians.
It also seems strange considering that the govt is worried about kids taking it up and in doing so giving it an air of danger and risk that it really shouldn’t have. Most kids aren’t interested in vaping because it’s safe and boring the same way you don’t see many people knitting behind the bike sheds.
You can just buy it online. Not everyone delivers to us, but if you order from the people that do, nobody seems to bat an eyelid.
That may be true but you know what - I'd never even heard of snus until I found out about e-cigarettes - you want to hazard a guess as to why that was?
I really don't care about the UK. You voted in those who have proposed and will enforce the legislation. Deal with the consequences.
And I love the attention, sweetpeasI feel flattered
*takes a bow*
That's a side effect of someone who's more interested in speaking than listening, which is very common with narcissists in forums.
