Yesterday my first nanos arrived. I got three and filled two of them right away. This morning I filled the third one and refilled one of the other two. They've been working great.

They were easy to fill, good flavor and they sure do look good! So far there are no leaks. But I've read that some folks got leakage after using them a while. I'll keep an eye on them and see how they do. If they keep working this well I'll be ordering more.

SI's carto will still be my main delivery system, but I like having clearos, CE3s and now nanos for some of my liquids. You know what they say about variety. :) Smokeless Image has given us so many new options in hardware over this past year. We ask.....and we receive. :2cool: They spoil us and I love it. :vapor:

When the T3's didn't come in I ordered 3 nano's and a pack of CE3's. Got them yesterday. On my auto X2 the nano's have an extremely tight draw, little TH, ok vapor, and muted flavor. (No prob w/leaks or burnt taste so far.) The CE3's have a nice, easy draw, good TH, great vapor, and considerably more flavor.

So, until the T3's get here, I'll stick with the CE3's. Nano's are ok in a pinch, but, for me, no comparison to the much superior CE3's.

Well, I'm still muchly looking forward to the T3's (which are becoming somewhat mythical to us poor 808'ers) and the CE3 is still my main, er, juicer, but I do think that I'm finding the Nano's improving with use. I've refilled each about 3 times and the taste has definitely improved and is more consistent. TH seems to depend on the juice much more than with the CE3's; it can be very good w/some, while w/others it's slight compared to the CE3. The draw is still tight but it also varies, either from juice-to-juice and/or Nano-to-Nano. I find if I purse my lips slightly so I take in the tiniest bit of air with my vape hit, this compensates somewhat for that stiff draw. (May sound silly, but I'm hardly alone in considering the - whaddya callit? - "technique of the draw" to be fundamental to the success and pleasure of the vaping experience!) Also, w/the Nano's, if I take a bit longer draw - about 4-5 secs instead my usual 3-4 secs - I can get good vapor.

Still absolutely no issues w/burnt flavor or leaking. As for leaking I have found, w/the auto X2's and CE3's at least, that if I maintain an easy, steady draw I have fewer leaking problems, even when they get low. If I "huff and puff", they will leak.

question for you other nano users.. have any of your nano's started *spitting* on your tongue when you vape?

Not mine. Are you keeping it mostly upright? I have had juice leak down the air tube after leaving it laying flat or upside down, I could see that making it spit

I actually really like them. It seems like when you get a good one.. it's really good. Shame the quality control isn't spot on though. It's like all nano's are not created equal. I have some that have an excellent draw.. nice and light and a couple that take some serious sucking power to get em going well. It looks like those have less space between the casing and the inner tube where the juice surrounds the coil - I guess it's the coil in there. I have not taken one apart.
Filling them is easy.. no extra equipment to keep up with. I don't mind that they are disposable (would be nice if there was some indicator as to when to toss them) at the price point they have. I really don't want to be taking something apart and cleaning it all the time.
I still look at vaping as something to replace smoking and there was none of that maintainance crap with analogs.
filling and charging are about as much extra effort as I want to go through.

This seems spot on to me. I have 2 Nanos, one with a light draw and one with a tight draw (and different colors so I can tell them apart). And the one with the tight draw doesn't even bother me, I use it with stronger juices to slow me down and save my throat.

I have to say I have become a fan of the Nano too...my very first experience (only ordered one of the first batch) was less than pleasant, but waited patiently for the second wave, ordered several and have been exceptionally pleased with performance, ease of filling, flavor and vapor. I filled three when I first received them and those three are still going strong for about a month. Understand I don't use them exclusively, I have clearos too and usually have about 5 flavors going at the same time. One of them is developing small cracks at the base, but is not leaking as of yet, I will keep it in rotation until it gives up on me.

I did have a weird thing happen with one, it literally came apart. (Later found out my son found it on the floor attached to the battery of course - it had been stepped on or something) Nothing was actually cracked, just the tube was disconnected from the base. I emptied it, cleaned it out, noticed the two nibs at the base, lined up the tube and pushed down on the metal cylinder. It snapped right back into place, filled it up and it still works flawlessly.

I'm really likeing this latest batch of nanos too. Besides the ease of filling, they put out a lot of vapor for their size. I hadn't touched my 65s and 78s in months, but now I've put them back into service and am enjoying how light they are in the hand compared to an X2. I've also been trying new juices lately, and they're great for trying out a new juice before you commit it to a larger clearo or tank.
