I dunno. If you think about a regular tank system, the larger, more traditional type, there is only one hole in the cartomizer to keep the polyfill wet, although a few I've seen have two. It also has one heck of a lot more polyfill than there is in a Nano. I suspect that the number and size of the holes in the Nano air tube is already at, basically, maximum. Considering the scale of a Nano in comparison to a traditional tank, it probably already has a larger area for liquid to get to the pollyfill.
