The new E-MiniCig frome-cig.com looks to me identical to the Loong Totem

No unfortunately I think I know what they're trying to say... when you first put a new cartridge in, if you draw too hard it will sputter a bit and you might get a drop of liquid on your tongue or the end of the cartridge... it really only happens with the first few drags off a fresh cart, and it seems to only happen if you draw too hard...

is this common? Is it maybe just a problem with these built-in atomizer carts, or does e-cig just make cheap crap?

I am thinking about ordering from loong totem, and trying their product, especially to confirm if its the same/compatible with e-cig's new mini... any body have bad experiences with them I should know about?

This sucks... what began as a curiosity a month ago became a fascination, and is quickly turning into a nightmare... I'm in love with vaping now but I'm so incredibly disillusioned with the suppliers, I'm trying to restock on carts because now I'm realizing if i don't reorder in the next 24 hours or so from a reputable dealer who will actually ship, I'll be back on burning cigs in 8-10 days

Any advice? Should I just shell out the money and order from smoke51 (loong totem's super-expensive US supplier?)

You can try ePuffer. I think they offer quantity discounts, and from what I have seen, seem to ship on time! Other than them, you have smoke51 and loongtotem direct ...

Thanks Cash, I've been looking at their products because they seem to be compatible/identical to the e-cigi new mini/aka loong totem v9 aka smoke51... they're in Canada but thats closer to me than China and cheaper than Smoke51... do you know if it is in fact the same product? I'd rather not shell out for a brand new starter kit if I don't have to...

Okay guys I'm going for it, from ePuffer... I'm gonna order some of their batteries too because they look better quality than e-cig's (and a usb charger just in case they aren't the same!) -- this is actually cheaper than getting the starter kit!

Hopefully they are compatible with and/or better quality than e-cig's product. I'll let you know how it goes!

Anyway, don't care loong totem service. Loong totem v9 can make crazy vapor as real ciga. I already have one.

the cart atomizer price looks good 2.45 dollars for four.. i dont see any spare batteries listed thow..

jack, why do insist on coming to this forum (not) cunningly disguised as a casual e-cig user and try to promote your over-priced terrible service. stop. It does not work. We are not stupid.

What you need to do is improve your service. stop cheating people by over-charging the shipping. improve your batteries' life. if they are broken, as many are, ship the customer a new one. treat us as you would like to be treated. improve the flavor and hit of your cartridges. re-place the fiber with something that will not burn.

then you will not have to worry about coming on here to slander e-cig as we will be happily buying from you.

Well, my new mini ecig arrived yesterday so any doubters out there, they do exsit. What surprised me was that I got the 5 different flavour cartridges that I ordered.

It is essentially the same as the Loong Totem which I also own. I was never really impressed by the Loong Totem and gave up on it when the batteries died. The batteries I got with this one look different from my original ones although all parts are interchangeable.

I've puffed away at every flavour cartridge I got and to be honest I couldn't really tell the difference between any of them.

One of the biggest complaints about these cigarettes is although they produce copious amounts of vapour there was no throat hit on them. Well it seems nothing much has changes here but I have been dripping some juice into one of the carts and it's just starting to come through now.

I suspect my orignal Loong Totom was faulty from the outset or there has been a major redesign on the batteries as this new one is a lot more responsive and easier to draw.

Early days I know and this thing could pack up tomorrow but my intial thoughts are this is much better than my original Loong Totem.

Both companies have terrible customer service though which is a shame as the product isn't all that bad.

Nice to hear that the loong totem v9 is interchangeable with the new e-minicig.... I've placed an order for the EAZE magnum from epuffer, it looks identical and I should be able to confirm interchangeablility and which is better, or if they're exactly the same. Epuffer's batteries look to be much higher quality.

On another note, I'm getting tired of getting near the end of a cartridge and getting that nasty burnt flavour... I understand this is because the liquid inside is vaping away, and the wadding starts to singe... it sucks mostly because its gradual and you spend 10-15 tokes asking yourself "is this cartridge toast?", and its at that point that I simply toss the cartridge and throw on a new one.

However, after reading through this forum I'm eager to try dripping and refilling these carts -- the atomizers have to still be good for at least another couple of drops after the factory liquid starts running low. I've popped open a dead cartridge and noticed that refilling wouldn't be hard.

So a couple of questions --

has anyone refilled these EAZE/New E-Minicig/Loong Totem v9/Smoke51 style disposable carts? Any suggestions for technique?

Can someone recommend the best liquid provider? I would like to try Johnson Creek mostly because I'm curious to try the VG and the PG head-to-head, but the reviews on here have been hit and miss. (I'm in the States, so US or Canada suppliers are best for me! Thanks)
