The new E-MiniCig frome-cig.com looks to me identical to the Loong Totem

I *finally* got my order from e-cig 2 days ago. So far, I'm really liking it. This is my first intro to e-smoking...
Full disclosure, it took them over a month just to ship my product. I kept being told they had national holidays, and the OEM batteries were delayed... finally after getting so frustrated that I demanded I either receive my shipping confirmation or my money back, lo and behold, it shipped out... got here via EMS express within less than 5 days, passing through customs and all.
So far I'm impressed with the product, but I'm also very eager to find a supplier stateside for the cartridges.... I would like to believe that if I order a couple dozen cartridges and no kit, it would ship faster (no OEM batteries to be delayed....) but given that a few members have said they had issues with carts, I dunno...
I'll keep y'all updated. Glad to be here... so far cut down my cig smoking from 2 packs a day to 1....

perhaps you should try the "give me my shipment tracking or my money by the end of the day" method, it worked for me
I think e-cig loves to buyers to keep waiting, they got my money and asked me wait please. 8days later still waiting, 10days later still waiting...
Eventually I got my product 16days after I paid. After bad service is died product, my battery only works 2days, then died. How they can do business like this!!!!! I still negotiate with them, maybe argue finally.
loong totem version9 looks like the new E-MiniCig. So I want to buy both of them. loong totem ship to me 5days after payment, e-cig firstly asked me to wait and more wait. Wait until my white hair comes out, I got from e-cig. I almost wanted to go to complaint on my credit card before received product. Store not end......

It's exactly what I have done and my order is now on it way to Europe !
the only thing of real relevance here is that that the product does actually seem to exist.. i had my doubts about this..
okay they dont have many.. threats of send me my product or give me my money back seems to be the only way to get one.. but they do at least have a product..
when they send me my product without the threat i will assume they have their act together..

Huh? After all the crap these forum members have put up with, you brush it off as irrelevant? Not at all. From many posts, we can crown E-Cig the absolute worst e-cig company on the planet.
Treating consumers with honesty and respect is not an option, not "irrelevant." E-Cig is what's irrelevant.

Mine's almost here. According to the tracking it was released from Customs in Coventry, UK at 9.05 this morning.

None taken... to be honest after reading on here and looking on different sites I'm convinced TBob is absolutely right and they're the worst vaping supply company...
I like the eCig technology.... this "new e-minicig" seems to me to be the best technology of what's available... but e-cig.com? I'd be ecstatic never to do business with them again.
Which is why I wound up in this particular discussion before any other... I'd love to find a supplier stateside who sells the same batteries and cartridges... this loong totem company kinda sounds like a waste of time too from what i've seen here, I've seen US one company (smoke51.com) that looks like the same tech... pricier, but I'd probably save money after factoring in the cost of express shipping from China everytime I place an order.
Does anyone else know of a reputable supplier who sells this same hardware?
Or perhaps better question, am I being a newbie who is missing out on a way better tech? I really want to stick with this vaping thing it's already cut my smoking in half in a matter of a few days (2pack a day habit here, trying to quit before I turn 30!)

ps amusing (if you're not me) anecdote... about an hour ago, my idiot friend wanted to try it, and when my back was turned the knucklehead tried to light it... on fire...
thankfully my month-delayed order from e-cig came with two batteries because now one tastes like burnt circuit board...Even though I got e-cig products finally, I don't think I am happy. Listen: After tried, it is bad thing I convince, then I can not ask them refund, just ask them to provide me a better one. Now I always drink sweet liquid because of their cartridge. Battery refuse to work every after 1 OR 2 hours.
e-puffer dot com from Canada sells a product called the EAZE Magnum, and Smoke 51 dot com in the USA just sells this style. (sorry can't post URLs yet!) they're both in the distributors page here.

oops ps i just got "jacky" on live chat at e-cig.com... they claim "everything is fine now" with their supply chain, I pressed them on the availability of batteries and cartridges for new e-minicig and got vague "its good these days" sorts of answers... i said i didnt want to place another order unless I knew there wouldn't be another delay. they said tell me your order number after you place it and i can confirm it will go out. felt like a hard sell so i closed the chat, ain't ordering anything just yet...
so if anyone is still pressing them for this equipment and they are still delaying, we can conclusively decide they are utter frauds who take money full well knowing they can't meet the orders.

Horrible product, horrible service!!
Around five days ago I got e-cig product, after they asked me to keeep waiting. Before they sent, one chinese guy of e-cig said the material had not arrived. Crazy!!! Such a company, how they can said material was not available. If no material, I guess they was just a trading company, but not factory.
Now, their product in my hand. The battery stop working usually after full charging. AND the cartridge taste is disgusted, oil comes out.
Buy from e-cig is a terrible experience for me!!!!
