The next step... Tesla?

So the girlfriend has been using an ego twist for a year now and its on its last leg. She's thinking Tesla but I understand its got the same internals as a few other mods some of which have so so reviews. I've been pouring over all sorts of reviews which I think has only complicated things... So I figured I'd throw it out to you guys. Tesla... Good buy? She exclusively uses a pro tank and hates to fiddle. Just wants it to fire and have a consistent experience every time. Reccomendations? Aaaand... GO!

Provari Mini with extension cap

She doesn't like to fiddle, she has stuck with a twist for a year. Just get her the Provari and it will be the only device she ever needs.

The Tesla is a monster just so you know. I'm using one right now and it's my sitting at my computer or in front of the TV ecig because it's so big. It was only $45 and it works so it's worth the money.
It tells you the resistance of the atomizer connected to it, the battery voltage and how much power (watts or volts) you're pumping through the atomizer and that's all it does aside from turning on and off.
I'm using an EVOD on it with it set at 4 volts and it works like a charm.

Mine was just starting to grow but then it snowed last night... Must have killed it... Lol

She's pretty dead set on the Tesla... other than the size, any have any issues? Trying to convince her she's going to hate dragging something roughly the size of a mag light with her everywhere she goes... But to each their own I suppose.

^ Imo the above isn't a real review, just Busardo having a chitty day and taking it out on a mod.

Here's a much more comprehensive and informative video, i.e. an actual review of what a Tesla can do:

ETA: FYI, I own a Tesla and really loved it for a few months, until I started getting a constant "Short" msg when trying to use it, regardless of the topper. I didn't drop it, submurge it, or anything else to harm it that I can think of. I have a feeling that the fix could be simple, but I'm far from an electrical engineer and haven't been able to do so. Any troubleshooting and/or fix suggestions would be welcome from any members reading this. :)

So, I might recommend a MVP 2.0 instead. It will do almost everything that a Tesla will, (and a few things it won't, e.g. charging other devices), and is smaller and priced well.

hey spaternitejr, whats up

so has she actually held these mods or is she going by pictures

I was thinking more liked the Sigelei ZMax V3 ($40)
I don't have any of them, just what I gathered by reading
then the Vamo, SVD, SID seems next popular...

Tesla -28mm x138mm
Sigelei ZMax V3-22m x120mm

- VAMO V5 - Stainless Steel
- Tesla Variable Voltage/Wattage - Black
- Sigelei Zmax V3 Telescopic

- - -

have you/her looked at the iTaste VV V3

- Innokin iTaste VV/VW V3

- A PBusardo Review - VapeOnly BCC Mini & iTaste VV V3 - YouTube

You can get comparable performance from a Zmax, a Vamo, a SID, and an SVD.

In my opinion (which I must preface each and every statement with, to maintain face amongst every other poster on ECF), concerning vaping (which every single post in this forum absolutely must concern, otherwise it's garbage and useless), it's unattractive, non-utilitarian, poorly-machined, and Busardo doesn't have to tell you the position of the screen is ridiculous.

HOWEVER, because it's become such a shame for us to explain our opinions on why we see certain flaws in certain designs, and have to keep kosher to the Nth degree, I'll just say...

Hey, if you like it, buy it.
