Lies! My next one is a bit away. A sl/lp grand. Honestly, I'd just be fine with a door, but I dun really want a brass sl door. Too many finger prints.

Honestly, if I could get a black (or black wrinkle), white, silver sl door that I could order alone, top put on my black wrinkle grand, I would do that. But didn't appear to be an option

At the point of installing new coil, battery was swapped for fresh-charged.

The 2.1 is the non LP version which limits your choice of toppers. With that being said, the non flanged Boge will fit as well as the Pro tank mini's and similar toppers of the same diameter as long as you use a 510 adapter. Of course though, you will not be able to squonk.
A: yes, cartos work fine.
2: all you need is a spool of 28-30 gauge kanthal. I'm sure someone here will hook you up with a lifetime supply of rayon.
It comes with a rm2. But if I can't get my PayPal situation cleared I might not get it! I'm waiting for my debit card to come in the mail so I can link it! So I need to buy a 510 adapter, some cartos, wire to make coils, metal thingy to wrap coils and something to make wicks! I will know later if I have to buy rings, screws, ????
I just know I can buy cartos at the BM just in case. I should also be able to get wire and wick stuff at a BM. That is good that I can use my mini Pro tanks too! I got my fingers crossed!
Another option is to have that friendly local B&M shop keeper build you that first coil while you watch. If the shop is worth a grain of salt, they should be more than willing to do this as well as guide you towards everything you would need to do so for yourself....
