My chickens are locked in their run because of the wind, they were fed last night so they're good. I'm waiting on the dryer, putting stuff in my cart at Foster Smith (don't want my $30 certificate to expire), and planning a pizza party via text. This weekend is the last camping allowed until next year, and our camping friends behind us got kicked out starting on the 15th so I'm having a last day party. Next year will be weird with new neighbors out there.
Pretty much so. Someone complained that they were at their fire ring drunk, not fully clothed, and it was after quiet time which is 11pm. The person that complained could have just walked over there and told them to go inside. Sheesh.How did your friends get kicked out? Too much Jameson one weekend and...
Ian texted me this morning, they have Apollo on chemo and he seems to be doing very well! I was afraid to ask him earlier, but so glad to hear this news!

Nice customer alert! Had a lady yesterday, broken English, mailing a parcel to Russia. It came up on the screen that we'd upgrade it from Priority to Express mail at no extra charge. She handed me cash to pay at the end, said "no change please". It was a little over $12, which I handed to her and said "Thanks, but I cannot take this". She asked me what kind of nuts I like... ummm, I like any kind of nuts! I guess she will be dropping something off in the future... 
Makes up for some of the not so nice customers for sure!!

It's good to be home. Our pizza party was fun, and last night we had a camp closing get together. Today was hugs and a few tears. We didn't get to finish closing because one of the guys needed his trailer hauled today and his friend backed out at the last minute. We took care of moving him today, we have until tomorrow at dusk to finish closing our own before the gates lock for the season.

Our closest Golden Corral closed unexpectedly. Mr. V is in mourning.I guess Mrs Punkin was going through withdrawals because we didn't have pizza for two Fridays in a row. I had a VA appointment yesterday in Lebanon so I took her to the Golden Corral for lunch/supper. So, we are having pizza today! I didn't dare pickup a slice yesterday...
Hmm, the closest Golden Corral to me was on our way to MD. Haven't been down that way in years though.
