Well since you made such a catastrophic mistake, I think it's only fair that we trade numbers...
I'm concerned about the aluminum "coating"... it may be an arguable alternative to annodizing inside a soda can or disposable foil, but even if it costs $10 or $15 more to get it annodized, it's really the right way to do it. When you talk about a product being the best, I think this is a bit of a contradiction.

Aparently he's getting a few out and he did get an update out - while not what we were hoping to hear, I think its acceptable.
Hopefully we'll see more of those updates in the comming weeks. I don't want to send him the mesage that we don't appreciate the update.
Will be interesting to see how he responds to concerns over the aluminum coating. I can deal with aluminum instead of stainless, and when he confirmed it would be anodized, I thought fine with me...I don't think alot of folks realize that e-juice is low ph and will react with aluminum- so this newest change is a big concern.
Thats why I wanted mine in stainless steel. What happened to those tubes already made and shown on website-make me one!

I think those of you still waiting that were stood up for MONTHS sitting on a preorder list should get a little better deal than that, don't you guys?
I still can't get over the "oh I didn't expect to sell so many, I only make a few for my friends," and don't forget the "my friend had to come pull my head outta my (ecf) .... to even come say something instead of flaking out."
Grrr this still pisses me off. I almost rather he not show up, cause now everyone's saying "I told you so" when in reality he almost just said "screw it" anyways...
I'm mad because I was gonna get three of these things (two as gifts which came and went....) and ended up waiting forever.....
I STILL think something's gonna go wrong. Either the product, the service, or SOMETHING.

- no argument from me..aparently a few things have already gone wrong- we're not getting anodized JDs.
I have a provari and no longer NEED one of these ASAP if at all- so I've got a bit more of a Laissez-faire attitude. The decision for me is at this point is around the JD. I'm glad I'm not in the first batch because i want to hear the feedback and comparisons.
Just don't buy it and leave it alone-like Jim says wait for the feedback and reviews and then decide if it's worth it.

Same here, mine will be among the first being shipped since I've had the L1 since April, confirmed with Caesar. Still wish mine was in stainless though.
@jcamacho: please don't forget to leave lots of feedback, maybe a video or two if you don't mind. Especially interested in knowing how well the JD works, how messy it is to remove it (when there's still juice in it, for example), if it's adjustable at all (for air or juice flow -- Caesar didn't make it clear what the final version is like), if there's any special position you need to use the Precious so it works (ie, do you need to tilt it in any way for the juice to flow), total capacity (again, Caesar didn't make that clear).. etc.
Unless I'm barking up the wrong tree and you didn't order a JD (though I can't imagine why you'd do that if you already have a v1 L). In any case, any info/feedback is welcome since there's so little actual information around about the improved Precious L + JD.
