"Okay kids, don't you make me pull this thread over! I swear to God I will!"

Could we PLEASE stop all of the bickering about this? Hey, maybe give it a rest until the end of January? They should start shipping by then. If they don't, they naysayers can claim 'nyah, nyah, nyah' rights. If they do, same goes for the stalwarts.

Best efforts is all I ask, m'kay?

You got it... BTW, he did answer your question on IMRs a while back- If I remember correctly, he thought for stacked configuration that protected were the way to go- not IMRs - and that with a single battery, IMR offered no benefit and shorter life so protected were a better choice... remember you have added protection with the electronics on the precious making everything much safer ..

I prefer IMRs because they are just safer to handle, charge etc, but if you want the longer battery life or already have protected cells, I wouldn't say it's unsafe .....

To be honest- I ran out and bought 1/2 a dozen protected 18350's because of his reccomendation-

Hey where did you get your protected 18350s?
Madvapes-
Do yourself a favor-Don't run out and buy them yet.
1)You'll just be staring at them till your precious ships.
2)They are ultrafire and I've seen them elsewhere since.
3)Selfishly - I'll put mine on the classified if I end up not buying a precious- Still on the fence, alot has to do with timing.

In all honesty I am having a hard time pulling the trigger on this as well. Price isn't cheap, wait will still be long at order #304. However, I could easily get sucked back in by a picture or two, perhaps a youtube video as well? Perhaps my imagination isn't that great, but I need the visuals.
