Started vaping on my Vapor Talk Dulcis again tonight, and I have not really touched it in 3 or 4 weeks as I had let it steep for about 3 weeks and tried it and really didn't like it at all as I felt like it had this strange synthetic taste. I took 4 hits off of it and had to come on here to say how extremely delicious Dulcis is now. I had thought before man I don't know what Bill is talking about with this one, but then WHAM it gets delicious. Thanks again Bill for all the great recommendations you truly do great work here.

Mr E's and Mr vape are pretty much the standard IMO, they are so delicious. Only my frankenjuiced ECBlend RY-4 and HHV Heavenly tobacco mix trumps those two liquids.

I always carry 15ml or so of my favorite frankenjuice but this week, I had not dipped into it. So today I loaded some Mr E's in the morning and it ran out by noon. Loaded the frankenjuice and it was just so good today, tasted like the first time I concocted it. I think I put about 65% ECBlend in this past time, maybe I discovered the right blend at last! :thumb:

I just ordered some liquids from HHV and the Heavenly Tobacco is excellent, and I will be reordering it. I know its not an RY4 but I love it. Butterflys RY4 is my ADV ATM I just ordered a 60ml bottle as I've been through a 15ml and a 30ml already. The Mr Vape would probably be my ADV over Butterfly but I couldn't pass up the sale they had. Been conserving my Mr Vape for when my Butterfly starts running low. Eventually I will probably be vaping only Tribeca and a few other assorted flavors once I get my funds situated. I absolutely love it but it is just so darn expensive when compared with Mr Vape or Butterflys. I did like the Mr E but am going to go back to it here soon to see if it has changed as the caramel was very strong and was covering up the other flavors. Both of my Indiga RY4's the Classic and the regular RY4 have both gotten much better as the vanilla has calmed down on both of them and they are both quite good but, and I know this sounds stupid but a bit to flavorful as I can only vape on them for a little bit and I have to switch as I get sick of them really quick. If you like strong Vanilla then Indigo is for you IMO. Was not really a fan of the Double RY4 from Crystal or the RW Vapors RY4 as I think tobacco is the predominant flavor and I am finding while I do like tobacco flavors I want the tobacco to be in the background not in the forefront. The regular Crystal RY4 is pretty good though, but I am letting it steep more as I seem to like it more the older it gets. The Vapors Knoll is pretty good as well, to me it is very similar to Mr E's and I'm going to let it steep some more to see how it changes. Sorry for the badly constructed sentences that I rambled out, I never meant for this post to be this long I just kept having little tidbits I wanted to put down.

One other thing, everyone should join CASAA and join the fight against the FDA to ensure that that our Freedom is not impeached upon. We have all switched to a much healthier alternative and from what I've read it seems as if the FDA want to regulate it to put all of the smaller to medium companies out of business. The only people that will benefit from this are the big cigarette companies who will be able to afford all the filing fees companies will have to do to get their products approved. We need to make sure that the people who got us hooked on Analogs that kill us do not get our money as they never wanted to offer an alternative until vaping became popular. All big tobacco wanted to do was to keep us hooked on Analogs with all the extra chemicals they put in them to keep their money train rolling in. Now they are freaking out and having the FDA do their dirty work for them. Companies will not even be allowed to say E-Cigs are safer than Analogs even though anyone with half a brain cell knows there is no way its not healthier. I mean going from the thousands of chemicals that are produced when a Analog is burned and inhaled to what like 3 chemicals plus the flavoring, all chemicals are approved for food usage but you can't say its safer. Sounds to me like the FDA doesn't want people to quit smoking, they just want to confuse the public and scare people away from E-Cigs and back to Analogs or if you won't go back then you have no option but to buy E-Cig products from them. The future for us vapers could be very bleak so please join the fight as this is just another government ploy to make sure big business stays big, what they are doing is not capitalism its underhanded and we should not stand for it.

Sorry again for the long post just felt that everyone needs to know this is going on.

What makes you think that HHV Heavenly Tobacco isn't an RY4? It's been on The Big RY4 List since June, 2012.

I must have remembered that wrong then. Trying to think of what it was that had a cinnamon in it so it didn't technically count as an RY4 can't find what you said about the Virus(H1N1) maybe it was that I'm thinking of. I stand corrected by the RY4 Master : ) Although Heavenly is a lot different from my other RY4's it does taste like more of a gourmet type RY4 to me, I could swear there is something else in there I am tasting. Oh well I am wrong a lot : )

It is an extremely interesting vape though, I can not begin to put my finger on what I'm tasting.

Various RY4 contenders have been rejected over the three years of this thread, most by consensus, a couple by me alone. I can't recall which ones didn't pass muster right now, though.

HHV Heavenly Tobacco is a Custom RY4, so anything goes in terms of flavor ingredients, at least if the "RY4-ness" continues to shine through as the dominant theme or overall taste, without being overwhelmed by the non-standard flavors.

HHV Heavenly tobacco is one of the finest synthetics out on the market IMO. It is so impressive, that I actually thought it was a NET until I found out otherwise.

Perhaps you are confusing it with remarks about HHV's other Heavenly liquid, Heavenly ARMY, which is a NET with sweet tones, but not an RY4?

In other RY4 news: word on the street that NLV's first real RY4 shall debut May 16th -- tomorrow.

MVJ seems to be very proud of their new Our RY4 as well. They are a new and top rated NET vendor, but the RY4 is synthetic. Has anyone tried it?

BJ,

Unless Diane has reformulated it, MVJ Our RY4 isn't new. It's been available (and on The Big RY4 List, with reviews by myself and the hangdude) since December 2012. Currently, Our RY4 gets a B grade on The Big RY4 Report Card.

Here are links to the reviews:

After diligently reading this thread (whew! and then rubbing my eyes long and hard enough to see stars, I have a quick question from the RY4 and variants gurus here. Is there a commercially available (or someone who'll sell a DIY) close clone of Halo's Tribeca? I do realize that individual tastes vary greatly....however, if it's closely similar (bright etc) I'd really be interested to try it. I don't DIY but would buy enough to bathe in if I find another (cheaper) source of this "nectar-of-the-gods!!! TIA:vapor:

The two that jump out at me are Butterfly's and Mr Vapes. Both have sales were you can get 30ml for under $10. They seem to be the best for the price, when on sale.

Look for the sales on Memorial Day.

But do either of them taste like Tribeca? No, but they are in the same class. All three rank high and are basically classic (bright, blended) RY4s.

Sadly No. I've looked a lot and even asked the question on here a few weeks back I believe and have yet to find anything close. I'll be sure to let you know if I do though, until then I'll buy my Tribeca and be happy that it exist :vapor:

Has anyone tried AVE's Blend 4 yet??

Yet? I bought an 18ml bottle of AVE Blend 4 in March, 2011. It was a synthetic sweet cigar with a strong cedar note and a tiny bit of caramel. Whoever at AVE wrote the on-site text description---"Our take on the classic RY4 formula (strong tobacco with subtle sweet hints.)" needs to have his head examined.

Here's a link to the first post of an old thread from July, 2010, with an excerpt of text from that post: AVE's Blend 4---"I bought Blend 4, thinking it might be a type of RY4 (tobacco with caramel/vanilla tones). It wasn't..."

And from a post in another thread from Dec 2010: Blend 4 from AVEJUICE---"...I will say that this does NOT resemble ANY of the various RY4 derivatives I have had from other sources."

Anyway, you'll have to buy a bottle if you want to find out for yourself if Blend 4 has been reformulated and is now indeed an RY4, which I doubt.
