6 AM Yeah I'm a trouble maker.

Are you feeling better? Can you taste your juice? (which reminds me of a certain reviewer's ditty...) Did you try the Halo base and if so, what did ya think?

Very nice of you. Oh did you see that I won that CCV contest? The same one you gifted me last year. I almost felt bad but I needed some batteries for the Reo so it came at a good time. Luck has been on my side as of late.

For some reason I am thinking you got a PV out of that? The gripper maybe? Congrats on winning again!

hey there Guys :)

Morning Scott! Isn't it the middle of the night for you too?

I seem to not be able to sleep tonight... which means I will most certainly sleep today instead

Halo base is fine. Tastes just like all the rest. Tasteless. LOL.

I have been really lucky and don't recall getting a cold or flu since I quit smoking (knocking on wood since DH is infected). Since you said it went to your lungs (like mine always used to when I smoked cigarettes) do you find it to be any better at all now that you are vaping? And can you vape or is it awful like it used to be when you smoked?

Sorry you still aren't well :(

Oh I might be miserable. But, this is far better than when I was smoking. I can vape all day.

I probably would have made it one year without a cold had it not been for the three rugrats and their friends. They like to share.

:(

Hey! Long couple days with this cold. Tried benadryl to dry me up. Kinda worked. But, now it's all in the lungs. UGH.

May I suggest you get and use Guaifenesin.

Usually known as Mucinex. It is a great medicine to keep that chest congestion loose.

Hope you get all better soon!

+1 on that. It is what I had DH take before work yesterday.

I will ply him with more in a few minutes when he wakes up to go to work.

I realized a while ago that at this point I may as well just stay up since he would be waking me in a bit anyway.

Thanks Karen!

I just realized that I'm almost at 1,000 posts. I've been on multiple boards over the years. I always get bored and move on. Not in the moved on sense here lol. But, the people aren't interesting. They beat their chests and .... heads. Pun intended.

All because of the anonymity of the internet. Here I've found a place where people want to get to know you. Like to share and help. Oh sure you might get the occasional "I thought he was a psycho thing" LOL RHP. SORRY THAT MADE ME LAUGH. and cough up a lung... LOL. hopefully RHP enjoys that.

Anyway.

I just wanted to say thank to all of you in reoville for making me feel at home. I look forward to this more than I ever did FB.

Good Morning Reoville!

I should still be sleeping. Off work and have a Dr. apt at 9:30. Went to bed around midnight.

Just want to say that while it might seem that I take lots of medication, that is not true! However I do keep certain ones on hand for different symptoms. Have learned through the years that self-medicating quickly at the onset of symptoms makes their stay a minimum length of time.

I do take a few supplements daily. Some because my blood work has shown there is a need. Others to keep certain levels where they need to be. I believe close attention to our bodies and how they are functioning is the key to good health.

My goal is to give my body the best chance at health by monitoring and providing it natural help along the way.

Yes, It's well worth the investment. I was in a car accident about 14 years ago. I have a herniated disk in my neck. whaaa whaa..

Anyway. This causes me to sometimes have issues messing with small things.. (insert joke here) So Making coils can be bothersome for me trying to hold on to a needle or a nail and coil around and around. The jig enables me to be able to get a grip so it's easier to do. (that's what she said)

Besides he includes two different size posts(mandrels) and instructions. Great guy.

If you can't poke fun at yourself. Ask someone else to do it. hah.

ECF is my first forum or message board. When I started vaping I did the usual google search for electronic cigarettes. I kept seeing ECF but did not want to get on a forum. Finally found that it was about the only place to get information and learn.

The REO forum was where I found a connection. It is hard to believe I have visited almost every day for over 2 years.

I love to see people join in and stay around. It is very easy to accept new "family" members!

That is exactly what happened with me. I had no interest what-so-ever in a stupid old forum and actually got a bit peeved that it kept showing up in every single search!

Little did I know....

I often got the same thing with hemp the eds of the wick would still be dangling and nothing left inside the coil I do believe its just a heat thing keeping the coils wetter will make the wick last longer with the RM2 you can squonk very hit and not worry about flooding it if you have your wick and coil set up right :) I'm now on my first run of ekowool and so far loving it :) good evening everyone just getting ready for bed here I hope :)

the eds of the wick! I've never been called that before but it sounds kind of regal and medieval. :)
(no comment of the dangling bit)

I am still using the xc-116 and the cotton. I love the ceramic, but I did buy some ekowool at Vapefest I am going to use next time I make a coil. Glad to hear you like it.

Do you use paperclip or something through the ekowool to coil it? That was what I was planning to do.

Curious to hear your thoughts on that ekowool Val. I've been thinking about trying that for well long.

Good to hear, about the jig, that is. Can't better your fun part, so will just desist!
