Ya it will be a YT video. Its already edited, produced, and now its rendering. Will have to upload it overnight and link it later in the day. My net should have been upgraded back in Aug but now they say first of the year. It takes forever so I upload when I sleep.

thanks for the update, will be waiting for the vid :)

I just rewicked my all day atty with silica. It runs 27g rene41 wire and has been in use all day, every day for 2 weeks.

That wire is an absolute dog to work into shape (think pliers and blowtorch) but it lasts really well - it even stood up to a good scrub with a toothbrush to clean it, before a dry burn. Usually the wire just breaks with my abuse!

T

I've got a Rene Xobedriver in my Mini that I've been using non-stop for the last 5 or 6 weeks. I've just been dry-burning and rewicking and it's not showing any sign of wear yet. I haven't taken a toothbrush to it yet though.

Master of Bassets...and not much else.

<--- is lost in the woods

ok, time to open the kimono...

i am a prostate cancer survivor... a da vinci robot had its way with me several years ago...

other than Woodvil. the phrase "wood" kinda gives me the creeps, thanks to the double-entendre. not a good choice for a username, even considering my atty...

:)

I am sorry because I know what it is. That's enough for anyone to be sorry that the need for it exists.

hmmm.... if you're referring to what i think you're referring to, you're taking it way, way too seriously...

... unless, of course, we really were once married :)

Perhaps so. But you gotta understand, I worked ICU. Which means if I see it, it went bad. Very bad.

And on another note...

I picked up some pork shoulder today, and put it to slow cook. I just took it out, and it smells yummy! I always like to give it a rest, get rid of the fat, then give it some more time with a fresh defatted sauce. That way I can't be wholly blamed for DH's clogged arteries. After all, he does eat crap at work every day.
