I know next to nothing about computers but my friends call me when they want advise or help. Its hard to believe that they know less than I do. I always tell them right up front that if this goes south that's the breaks. If you're willing to take that risk then I'll try.

Yesterday was my easiest fix yet. A friend just got a new laptop. He plugged in the Ethernet cord but couldn't get online. He called me for help. I told him to call Timewarner and they'll walk you through. He called back and said it worked. Thanked me too...lol.

A professor friend of mine told me recently that he teaches that it is not what you know or who you know any more. It is knowing where to find the information. He's at least partly right!

I just took a few moments to see how to get rid of Norton Ive spent hours before trying and it was a SYMANTEC THING DUH :LOL: WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE ITS MAD oops hit caps lock

good afternoon everyone so anyone know a good free antivirus for Mac ? Norton was a dog I used to use AVG free on PCS with good luck

Hi Cheri! I'm not used to seeing you here at this time of night! Are you getting a taste for venison? I sure am! Mu Sis is coming down on the 24th...she'd already told me that she'd canned a lot of it after the early season...between three bros. and her they got 7 deer!

I'm gonna call her in a couple of days and then mention that I cooked up the last of my venison steak for the grandkids...hint,hint....
