My ever-fragrant wife was ridiculing me today because when we went grocery shopping i wore a huge knitted jumper/sweater my mother made. I wore it because i don't often have occasion to and because she spends far too much time making a decision in the freezer section of the food store.

"Where are you going Trunker - the North pole?" "very droll - like walking do you?"

Wish i'd bought some Baileys now, although it's nowhere near freezing here just yet. I have a friend in NJ who has spent a happy morning clearing their drive! :/

Years and years ago, my MIL sent us a cactus. Ugly looking thing.
We'd put it in a closet until she visited. Did this for years. Never watered it, never dusted it. Yes it lived for years and years until it accidentally :D got lost.

diy is easy and saves a ton of cash, unless you go stupid at it like certain people that have to have 100 flavours, atomic weighing scales when plain syringes will do etc! Just saying!

As an aside, fruit flavours do well right away, but some tobacco ones seem to need to "steep" i.e leave them alone, but this can be sped up with judicious use of an ultrasonic cleaner! Even i have not gone to those lengths - i just want something to vape that does not run me $1 a ml!

For your cloud chasing it'll be even easier since i'm sure you'll want 100%vg ;)

Vape mail. Gonna give this DIY juice thing a shot. Got strawberry cake batter and very berry for flavor extracts to start with. We shall see.

May I give you a tip? The creamy sweet flavors can help give the fruit flavors a added dimension that works well. Bavarian cream is one of my stock flavors and goes in over 50% of my DIY. French vanilla is good and the custard flavors as well. It takes the sharpness that some fruits flavors have away and adds just enough sweetness.

Cotton candy and marshmallow are good if you just want more sweetness.

a day at most, cap off - if it tastes crap after a day, it is! Unless it's a tobacco flav

Some steeping is to evaporate alcohol and it's a practice i totally disagree with, wasting good alcohol in eliquid!

I have rarely heard anyone say that a juice is better after a week than it was after a day.

yea I'm just doing one flavor right now and i usually tend to stick to just a few.....i made a 50ML bottle so that way if it tastes like crap i won't have wasted it all.......I just made the cake batter one and hoping it does good. I usually vape smooth creamy flavors like vanilla and caramel and things like that......on my cloud chasing MOD i usually do the sweeter flavors cause I'm only vaping that once in a blue moon.....i can't all day vape things like strawberry or watermelon.......

I did a 95/5 VG to PG ratio and did 5% flavor.....i shook it real good and left uncapped in my desk drawer.......you think i could just take a vape now or should i wait a few days??

omg now even more people are saying i need to get a puppy and calling me with offers. one i am considering is from a inlaw relation (my niece) she is sending me details of an 11 week old mini poodle and Chihuahua mix. He/she is black and has curly hair. so idk but am staying open to the idea :)

when i visited my brother yesterday he said get another puppy! i said maybe a kitten and my brother says NO that i relate to dogs better.

haha i said maybe a canary and of course he says no way even though i did once have a canary i could only talk to her and it was more like a care keeper.

I still like canaries :) mine was a girl named sissy because when i first got her she was scared of me. I used to sit and talk to her all the time so she got used to me. then i would give her apple slices which she loved to eat while i held the apple slice. Her cage was 3 ft long by 2 ft wide and 2 ft high. I made the cage. She would watch me while i watched her :)

If i ate anything she wanted like bread or apple or greens then she made a little peeping noise. She liked her bath tub every day. She lived with me 8 years and then one day i got up and she was dead on the bottom of her cage :( After i buried her i said i will never have another bird and started getting dogs since canaries don't live long enough imo.

Actually no pets ever live long enough!!!

Ginger was 16 and i still get so sad that she is gone now.

wow he is so cute and needs a home :)

puppy.jpg

i told Gloria Yes yes yes

he is 11 weeks old and look at that face. Gloria said he was a little scared because he doesn't know her. She wanted to pick him up but her husband said no because they have enough dogs now. Gloria is like me if she holds a puppy then she wants it to be hers :)

hope she can get him asap :D he needs a name besides puppy

he needs a bath...

Get a husband - then you have to talk to it - feed it - clean up after it and wash its clothes! A puppy sounds reasonable in comparison.

I say this as i look down the snoring throat of my wife, who decided that 4 hours of activity has overcome her!

Canaries are great for gas leaks!

T

i vote for a puppy because they don't type :D
