I noticed a few people wearing roses for avatars today. I am clueless, wanna share why?
I have been up since 4 again, time to turn on CNBC and fall back asleep
Stay warm and safe everyone, all this cold must surely be making all the aches and pains worse than usual. I hope everyone in pain gets some relief, those ill heal, and everyone driving in areas where people aren't used to the road conditions manage to get home safely with no incidents.

Red Roses, my Mom's favorite. I lost my Mother in 2011. Had just entered Reoville and found some wonderful friends in this lounge thread. It was only a couple of months after I started posting here that she passed away.
The people here in Reoville helped me through the months before and after her passing. Always here for me any time of the day.
Each year on the day of her birth I wear a Red Rose to show that I still love and remember her. I feel it also is a remembrance of the love I was shown here with my REO family.
Some Reonauts and others know the story and join me for the day.
It tears me up every year as I know I am not alone.

You know my Mom never really got to know about me vaping. The last time I spent with her I had my Grand. But she wasn't always aware of what was going on.
I am very glad that I was vaping and not smoking at that time. At least she didn't have to hug me and smell that awful smell of smoke!
Today I celebrate her life, what she accomplished, who she became, and her never ending love! It is good!
How do everyone? I've got a bit of a question about getting verified. I've been away from the ECF for over a year, until recent weeks, and could not find the classifieds for the life of me. Then came across the getting verified sticky, which of course was new to me. My problem is that I joined the ECF using one e-mail account before I signed up for PayPal which uses a different e-mail account, which seems to be the ECF's preferred way of verification. So to deal with the discrepancy between e-mail accounts I changed my ECF profile e-mail to match my PayPal e-mail, this was about a week ago, and I have heard nothing from the administrators or ECF since. So right now I have no idea if they'll verify me or think I am some scam artist or whatever else could be going through their minds. If anyone knows anything about this verification process I sure would appreciate some help. Thanks to any and all who chose to help a wayward ECF member who would love to become a bonafide verified member.
