Good Morning Reo-family! Gonna get hot here fast today. Heat index's over 100 so gonna get out and get stuff done! For those of you in similar sitch's please bring a lot of water. I have 8 gallons of spring water with me. (some for drinking and some for wet rags) plus I have a new bottle of SaltStick capsules. Just be safe out there.

We're out of milk and bread if anyone goes past a Piggly Wiggly!

We are going to eat our first batch of yellow squash from the garden today! Tomatoes only a few days away.

I am skipping this week. Trying to see if every other week will work o.k. Gets kinda expensive going every week. He told me that I started going in January. Lots of money spent!

I bought some yellow squash and zucchini last week. Can't wait to get more. Love garden fresh tomatoes too! You are lucky!

Finally caught up but already time for bed here. I will have another drs appt tomorrow, hope I don't forget again like I did last week. But at least I got a MRI to back me up, this time .

Rob, you might try an online search on different sites for the wider widths of Merrell shoes.

Ed, you take care in the heat good buddy and remember to follow the shade. Just thinking it was only a short time ago when you had piles of snow.

I put some 100% Black Cherry juice in a ice cube tray to freeze. Hoping to have a few nice icy drinks out of it! I love ice cream cake but try to stay away from the wheat. Gluten free, grain free is tough but I am sticking to it well.
