Good Morning REOville. Happy Friday!

Becky, do you like frogs? Vote for the one with the tree frogs, that is my SIL's project and she is trying to get a grant. Here is the note she sent:
Hi Everyone,

I am involved in a research project at my school where we are rehabilitating the
habitat of a population of tree frogs on our campus. We have been nominated for
a local award, the Ecoambassadors, and if we win, we will get $25, 000 for first
place and $10,000 for 2nd place. How we win is by accumulating the most online
votes, so I am asking you to vote for us and send this email along to others so
they will vote for us. Post us on your Facebook and you can Like us on Facebook,
too (see below).

To vote: go to

CBS 8 - Earth 8 - 2013 Eco Ambassadors

You can only vote once per day.

ha ha ha good morning Pat :)

Good morning Scotty, I can't wait for the weekend. Lotta errands to run today.

Which is better than a bunch of tacks !.

I did that once in elementary school, snuck a tac on chair of a girl next to me. I saw it in an episode of Tom &Jerry, not my fault. I didn't even know the girl. Mofos still sent me to the school's shrink for a week over it. Thanks for opening up old wounds, Val!

Mornin REOville! Good to see you posting again Pietro!!! Ah, Friday, one of the finest words in the english language. Talked to my kids last night, and once again started searching the Phoenix real estate pages. One of these days. They are looking for a rental in Tempe, hope they find something that suits them soon. Hope all have a good Friday.

Dan, what nic level are you vaping? I started with 18mg nic and within a month I was getting major heartburn. I lowered it to 15 and the heartburn went away. Then it happened again and I lowered it again. If I were you, I'd sure lower my nic and see what happens. What I learned a long time ago is that I don't need the nic like I thought I did. Really, I just needed the act of smoking (vaping) much more than the nic itself. I really think I could go way down to 6mg and be fine.....and I think that someday I could vape zero nic and be fine. I know that after all this time I sure don't jones for a vape like I did for a cigarette back in the old days. Give it a try. Do you DIY your own juice? If you'll tell me what flavors you could use, I'll make you up some juices at different levels and we can see if that works. (Anything but tobacco.....I don't do tobacco and I don't have any tobacco flavorings.....)

Jan

I just put an order in with Wizard Labs for 6mg. (they were extremely helpful, John was awesome to deal with.)

I am still hoping my friend can adjust the date to be in Oregon by one week, and can make it from Kansas to Denver. If so, I would be much more inclined to take the trip knowing I would have company for part of the 2000+ mile drive. That is just too many miles to drive all alone.

I have been cooped up in this house so long, and I have never really had an opportunity to see Utah and Colorado. Utah has some seriously beautiful national parks I would love to visit. I still haven't told DH yet, I don't want to until I know for sure. It isn't like he would say no or anything, I just don't want to tell him and then turn out I am not going because the dates don't line up. Wouldn't want him to get all excited about me being gone for a week or two only to disappoint him by remaining at home.
