Oh aches and pains like an ole fart. I've had a bad hip for a long time and eventually I'll have to have it looked at. Other than that I'm good to go.

I often hope the aches and pains I have now don't get worse as I get older
I have managed to reduce some by changing the way I do things. Used to have constant chronic back pain turned out I had about 3 times more muscle mass on one side of my spine. By changing work habits I've balanced it out with great results so far. Good luck with your hip. Hopefully you can find a lesser invasive way to cure urself.
boy its been too long since ive had a reo! its been amazing cant wait to build a coil for it once i get my cyclone haha, quick question, should the firing button have a little wiggle to it ? i dont seem to remember it but didn't really notice till i put on the button cover on so maybe im just seeing something i never was able to
I think maybe the cover accentuates it but yes all mine have a little wiggle to them

I'm a long-tim fangirl of great photographers, and I find the talk totally captivating. And thank you for your new photo thread! What A wonderful idea! I don't have a scanner yet (or even a digital camera, since I lost my iPhone
), but I'm finally getting both soon, and I do plan to contribute to your great thread and add a better shot to Kay's, as well.
Last bit on pics? Gatlin and Daddy in the midst of one of these deep meditation sessions? Scott basically said he'd like to see such a young spiritual dude, too...can't your DW hook us up, Darrel? Great that your back feels pretty good while you're moving (especially since you LOVE to keep moving), but I hope it feels better in idle-mode, too, soon.
Jen, I've never tried any Talenti Gelatos, but now I must! Favorite flavor of all time was a discontinued one from Ben & Jerry's, Southern Pecan Pie
. But most any butter pecan will elicit a happy dance
! (Scott's butter brickle would probably do the trick, too...what's your brand, buddy?)
Like you, Alice, I've gotta practice a load of moderation with lactose; but, as you said, a treat in the heat just now and then is a must; hope I was not insensitive to you, or anyone with dietary restrictions, asking the question. Keep me posted if you find some especially tasty lactose-free alternatives!
