Mornin, Reovil,

i just woke up from the strangest dream. all of the Reovil regulars were at a party except the male regulars were all married or hooked up with the females. there were, um, some disturbing pairings. everybody was boozing it up and chain-smoking ciggies. not a Reo in sight. i woke up when i got sent to fetch more booze and ciggies.

i think i'm gonna cut my nic level in half

That reminds me of when I tried to quit smoking using the patches. I had the wildest dreams. It took me a while to figure out that I should take the patch off at bedtime (unless I wanted to relive my frat-house days of the 80's) ;)

You're funny T, I had a similar experience with a $1.40 single coil mini cartomizer from Reosmods, it was like...deformed. But no way in hell I would bug Robert over something that costs less than 2 hashbrowns at McDonalds. You know why? Because I think the ol' man would have honored the return and I guess I just don't wanna do that, doesn't feel right -- not for a buck forty, nope, not gonna happen!

RHP

Yeah, RHP, you would have been quite correct. The repair kit I ordered with my second Reo had the spare spring missing. The man insisted on posting one. When it got here, there were 2 springs. He certainly does go the extra mile.

ARGH... Day three of cold. Leaky nose, sore throat, ears hurt, head hurts... Getting cranky. I apologize in advance for any crankiness I may display in the upcoming week. :D

I hear this is a long one. Lady at work says it took her about 3 weeks. ARGH.

I started to think about the last time I had a cold since I started vaping... Ya know. Been quite some time. I know for a fact that I would have had at least 3 or 4 sinus infections by now if I was still smoking analogs.

do NOT let it go 3 weeks before seeing a doc.

a few years back i had what i thought was one of those "long" flu thingies. ultimately, i managed to make it to the ER and over the course of my 3 week stay, 4 different doctors told me i was within 24 hours of saying sayonara when i was admitted.

crankiness, we can deal with :)

These change-of-weather colds set in during October. Hope you feel better soon. Good to give the immune system something to do once in a while though, it's actually good for it.

If you can STAND IT, one drop of Oregano Oil (I use Young Living, tres expensive but lasts for years and super clean extractions) in warm beverage or water. Powerful anti-viral.

I haven't had a cold in 6 years or more, of course, I live in the woods, not around a lot of crowds if I can help it.

I just talked to DH, and he sounds like he has a cold. Which means he is going to infect me, and I am NOT pleased about it. I am instituting a 3 foot "safe zone" and grabbing the Lysol to spray everything his dirty little paws touch. Wish me luck, since he has probably already infested the house with his nasty cold germs :(

We got the first rain this morning, and my poor dog looks at me like I am insane for insisting she pee outside. I think I spoil her a bit, because she really is an outside dog. After we had to put the other dog down, I took pity on her because she just holed up in the dog house all the time and seemed so lonely so I brought her inside. A lot. And bought her inside toys. And an inside bed. Sure she is an outside dog, I swear
