Hey all....

the silence here in my my apartment is deafening!!!

The damn cable box is broke! After only three weeks!

I'm beginning to believe that i jinx all things electronic...my cell phone makes calls by itself, too....

hope my puter doesn't go down today..I'd really be up a creek without a paddle!

I got a couple of great pkgs. today from our Gil...a 30 ml and a 100 ml of bobas bounty...he got tired of my whining that it was so hard to get it so he ordered and sent me some of his own stash to shut me up:D

Just got my first Reo Grand from the classifieds. Coming with a Cyclone RDA. The Cyclone feeds through one of the posts with no drain hole correct? How well does this atty work and do I need to order RM2 right away? Thanks in advance.

Stay tuned some one with experience with the cyclone is apt to be along before too long. Congrats one the grand and welcome to the lounge

Thanks guys. Think I may just start a thread.

That may be easier to find the answer. Stuff can get missed easy here as things sometimes move quickly here. Plus no everyone is here all the time. There are some good people (clowns) here

Let there be AC!!!!! Phi was here 6 hours. He put a new switch thingy on that cuts unit off the next time the drain line clogs up, and it will clog. He did full maintance and total clean out, inside furnace and outside big compressor, dissablembing most of inside furnace and good washing cleaning outside. Pretty involved and complicated. Thankfully it was only 96 (feels like 98) and the emergency 12v AC kept DH comfy. Just as he was leaving rain started and outside temp dropped drastically in minutes to 81. We are having a freaky cool summer with only a few days over 100. Sending Sissy out for ground turkey to do goat cheese stuffed turkey burgers with mango/strawberry sauce.

Emergency 12v real AC. Not a swamp cooler. Excuse grunge. Pic taken right after I pulled it out of garage. Mz D. I'm using the frozen 2 liter bottles for the water that heat exchanges the freon pipe using ice water in barrel. If use ice you have to deal with emptying water each time you have to put more ice in.

HRH has been ultra-nice to me this week (she's normally pretty ok most of the time) and so i decided i'll get her the chef's knives she is used to using, but had to leave when she left her job to come here to be with me.

All i have to say is i had better watch my spending now; those things are eye-wateringly expensive. I really must stop pointing out that i could have bought 3-1/2 Grands for that $, but Grands are what i use for currency comparisons now!
