I am set at 40 posts per page. Now she is back one page. Should I go and get her? LOL!

Just ordered some ekowool to try out. I've been pretty happy with silica, but hey...I've been hearing pretty decent things about it. We shall see.

DH made a costco run. I own more onions than I need; I guess the crockpot is going to get a work out again. He loves the stuff, and it doesn't matter if it was 107 today, he will eat onion soup. At least he also got a roasted chicken so I don't have to cook twice tonight

Our dear friend Jack liked ekowool. I haven't tried it, I got the ceramic and it works so well I haven't experimented further. I don't care for silica at all, it just falls apart so quickly. Let me know what you think about the ekowool, I am so curious. I have tried so many things but for sheer laziness the ceramic is great, it basically will last until the coil itself gives up the ghost!

counterclockwise for me, (left brain thinker) but I WAS able to get the image to go clockwise by "fast switching" my eyes (closing one eye, viewing with only one eye, then vice versa) a few times.
Guess it's good to switch brain sides.....I notice after I meditate or do deep relaxation the right brain emerges more quicky when looking at this afterwards........the image just changes direction by itself w/out me actually switching eyes or doing anything to "force" it.
Rainy day fun.
Seeing as its still my birthday........... i'll see if Mrs. O can help me with this experiment!!
