Hello REOVille, back from Tennessee. Welcome L-ski, REOS are worth it. Since I bought my first mini I've tore the top off a Janty Batt, broken three joyetech Twists and been through at least 10 Kanger T3's and no idea how many cheap attys found the trash can. Just REOS mods and RM2 rba's for this old trucker. They work and they last. Feel free to ask questions. I once started a thread on the REOS Forum entitled "rba's for Dummies" and immediately got like eight pages of good advice. One kind soul even mailed me wicking material to try out (thanks again Jan). Good product, Great people.

I think the Rob/Van Gogh resembalance is completely uncanny.


Reo's finally got much needed baths, clean tubes, noalox, Howard's, the works. Tomorrow is three weeks from surgery, so it has been 3 weeks today since their last spa day. Whew, they needed it!

I bought a Grand from the classys all dinged up (with character) just like you're thinking of doing. It was my first REO. Then literally less than 12 hrs later I thought the best way to evaluate Reosmods is to buy their most top of the line pricey model brand new, which is a VVG.

When I got it in the mail, I called the phone number on the business card and babbled on enthusiastically with Robert, the supreme porcupine. It was dinner time, he just let me talk and I probably scared the ol' man but he was very nice. I was suprised he picked up, I thought I'd get an answering service/machine or receptionist.

It didn't take long to get verified, I went with the paypal option. Don't nag the Mods about it, though. They're pretty busy as is. Just chill because there will always be deals to be made in the classys (and one day when you're ready - co-op's)

I bought my red metallic Grand & ERA from the classifieds and lucked out. I bought them from Esteveo and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure it was all set up for me with a coil, extra cotton & wire. Everything but juice. There are a lot of nice folks I've dealt with here and I count myself among the fortunate to have interacted with them

At last a decent thunderstorm here! Only - my lights went flickering and so i have built a neon coil!

New batteries too - perfect - lightning and fully charged! Oh and i got a drip tip from Moles too - there was one in particular i liked.

Anyway the hump day usual (i am rather reluctant to go kitchen-side since i hurt myself at the weekend - but HRH made me stir the pot a bit) babi ketjap!
Time of year to see if that solar charger or generator are worth a crap i suppose! Not that i am fussed too much - i have a car!
