The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
I think I'm gonna look for an '07 common rail. You can unlock over 600 hp out of those. I'd have to beef up the suspension quite a bit also. Soon!

Mine has real beefy suspension I have one more leaf on the rear compared to a single wheel one ton. Plus the air bags. I've had 3 tons on it and it lowers it but still have lots of ride height. I'm sure dot wouldn't see it the same way tho

Just started Cowboys/Giants game. Three interceptions by Cowboys in 1st quarter. Murray firts 1st down.

Onion soup finished but serving properly later. It's really good. I used this recipe, a Julie Childs's recipe for pressure cooker. Had white wine but no cognac. http://www.hippressurecooking.com/j...w-to-convert-a-recipe-to-the-pressure-cooker/

Onion lovers' paradise. Have 20 lbs onions slow cooking to freeze up for future cooking.

Pressure cooked onion soup.

10 lbs onions, minus several cups for onion soup.

It might just be the pictures, but mine comes out much darker and you can see the thyme in it? Did you use "'Better than Bouillon" beef?

In any case, I am sure it is going to taste wonderful!

Yes, used Beef BTB for first time for stock. It's great. Flash makes it look lighter. I used corn starch and butter for slight thickening. Will serve with GF bread rounds toasted with olive oil. Only have swiss cheese but not complaining.
