Grand 18650:

Depth: 15/16"
ID of catch cup: ~19/32"

Size is not that much difference in the VV Grand and the Grand.

Blemished come in all available sizes.

Sizes of metals are:
VV Grand
Grand
Mini 2.0
Mini

There are comparison pics on this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/357012-photos-reo-descriptions-comparisons-more.html

I think getting a Grand for your first REO is a great idea. If you get a RM2 you can build coils that fit your vaping needs for heat, TH, and flavor.

The only thing is i dont own any 18650 batteries, i have a ton of 18350's and 18490's. So im leaning towards a blemished mini 2.0.. with a reomizer. What do u guys think for my first REO?

Very quick drop in. No time to catch up. Good Day Fine REO Folk.

Jen, marinating Tuna in your marinade right now for tonight. Have fresh lime. It's not fresh Gulf Tuna, but "previously frozen from Asia" I got at our local Sprouts. It'll have to do. Pretty thick steaks. Gonna flash them on iron griddle. Have fresh limes.

Sissy and I went to Macaroni Grill for happy hour yesterday. They have fabulous $5 pizza, good sized. Most crafted drinks $5, half price wine. We met a just retired airline pilot and his wife, an attendant. He's lived just down the hill, a bit, closer as crow flys, since 1969. He was here before they filled the lake and a straight shot from DFW airport. Loads of airline people move out here especially after they opened DFW in early 70's. They know a lot of my neighbors, on my road, and one in particular, they see a lot at City Rec Center, who lived right out our drive. He moved when wife #1 and he divorced several years ago. We miss him and he's remarried and doing really well. Neighbor, almost all the way up the road was hit by a car, while walking, last year, on our road. There are no shoulders and the big brick mailboxes get knocked down on regular basis. His injuries were serious enough he's still in rehab. Tom, the pilot said, over the years there have been several Puma reports from reliable sources and he thinks there's enough smaller predators and prey to sustain a big cat. I carry a firearm when down at road and our pepper sprays arrived at UPS today. Pink case for Sissy and me. He does live in a more "civilized" area than we.

Thrilled to report that Finn Setter is making great strides incorporating into pack one dog at a time. Only one so far but tonight we'll walk Lily Heeler with him. We went last evening with Rosie Heeler. He greeted and was just fine after a few seconds. Most of walk was off lead. We saw that Finn is knowledgeable about vehicles. Lost of heavy equipment on multi-thousands of acres where he grew up. Rosie stops in her tracks and looks to me when a car is coming down road. If she's near me she sits and watches the car. Only one other dog out (it was still about 95F) but several people. One we talked to quite a bit. His daughter just moved out, after finishing Med. School. She and her hubby moved out near Tyler/Longview, you country bumpkins. We all agreed we so love East TX. His daughter had a Labradoodle and he and wife are looking for one now. They'll probably do rescue. Finn wasn't all that interested in other dog, a female, on lead. Sissy thinks he may have issues with dogs bigger than he. We will see when it's Jake Mastiff's turn. So Finn's attitude has changed when he comes down stairs and we can now let Rosie Heeler out in living room when he comes down. Looks like he feels less threatened. Hope after this evening both girls out when he comes down. Sissy's been away from house for five hours and only a few peeps out of him first hour.

Pilot, at Macaroni Grill, had a place, for years, in Conifer Co near our dearly departed Jack's place. He was at ~10K feet, up the "hill" from Jack. He had a little tickle of perhaps hearing about Jack so I'm gonna email him some more info. For sure told him about "Cherish the Magic." He sold the place and says it's one of the biggest mistakes he ever made. They miss it so. Wife Insoon, is absolutely delightful!!!! His name, btw, is Tom Jones. He grew up in Midwest, mostly Scotch Irish/German like me and we swapped a lot of familiar growing up stories. He reminded me so much of my Dad; same size, blonde coloring, and even some mannerisms. We swapped some similar NIGHTMARE Poison Ivy stories.

Over and out till next time. Beaming loads of strength and love. Feisty Alice

Hi Reopeeps!

Some new friends are coming over in a while for pot roast...it feels good to be cooking a bit again!

Has anyone heard of " Tiger Direct' for pc's?Alice pm'd me about them, but I've never heard of them...and she's in a bit of a doggie madhouse for the present...

I've heard of Tiger Direct - probably from seeing ads in PC computer magazines at some point - but I've never bought anything from them before.

I have placed many orders from Tiger Direct over the past few years. Usually great prices! Have even ordered a reconditioned PC from them.

Tiger Direct ok but when I was building PCs and laptops I bought from Newegg.

I've mostly used Tiger Direct and NewEgg for many years for parts and a good amount of refurb systems and Notebooks. The little IBMs, used and re-certified, are great gifts for friends and families as second or young kids' PCs. You can pick those up for $100-$150. But I recommend more power, memory, storage, etc., for main household computer. Compaq is very commen as refurbs. In mid 90's my main support contract, business and personal, hardware and software, was Compaq. I would not have recommended those as personal PCs back then as they were so proprietary. Not the case today.

I've always had very fast shipping and great CS from both.

I buy all of my Irobot batteries from them. About $20 less than most places.

BTW.... many or even most of the refurbs on those sites are not even used but returned to factory or vendor for whatever reason. They are then checked out and recertified. Most usually the business PCs, off contract, are specified. You only get about 90 days warranty with refurbs but you can purchase extended warranty.

I usually add more memory and install better video card. Many have "on board" video card that is fine for most use. Except for the business machines they most usually have adequate sized hard drives for most peeps.

I shop around for video cards and get high end ones that are a couple years, or more, from first issue. Saves up to hundreds $.

And if I ordered a blemished reo and a reomizer. What else would I need? Kanthal and silica? What size kanthal do u guys recommend and same for the silica? Thanks guys

You can get a little of each that Robert sells on reosmods. That will let you try and find what you want to buy in bulk. I like 28-30 gauge Kanthal. I use cotton. You do not have to buy silica.

You should pick up a extra spring and a button top if you want.

The Mini 2.0 is a great smaller REO. The 3ml bottle might need filling more often but, it is not hard to do.

You will be happy with the Mini 2.0. Those batteries won't last near as long as the larger 18650 but they will still power the RM2 fine.

I have, they used to be called Circuit City, went bankrupt and then went online to merge with another company, now Tiger Direct.

Do a search on Circuit City, you will see in the URL Tiger Direct.

The chances of you getting a blem in the color you want or any color for that matter is pretty slim. I've been stalking a blem for a while now and haven't seen one, all because I thought it would be justified if I saved $30. Honestly I have decided to just save and by a normal one. I would prefer and would recommend either the mini 2.1 or the grand. I like that they are completely mechanical with no worries about electronics and they're pretty much bullet proof. Also, with a Reomizer 2 you will be able to adjust your vape experience with your coil.

If you were to buy one of the above and a Reomizer and I had never had an rba before I would pick up the following:
At least one extra spring for the Reo
Extra bottles
Extra o-ring and screws for the reomizer
One of each of the silica sizes (although I think most of us are using some form of organic/sterile cotton)
One of each of the wire sizes

And when you have enough cash, buy another reomizer as a backup. You don't want to be without your Reo because your atty is busted like I did.

That's really all I can think of. I'm sure someone else will add on if needed. And the second best thing about having a great mod like the Reo is the people of Reoville. They are always here to help each other out...and there are no stupid questions.

Good Luck!

Oh, yeah, another quick drop in. Waiting for Sissy to get home so's we can do a couple miles or three with Finn and Lily, but things to do, while waiting. 1t's 1805 and still 97F. Cooling off, in a few days to low 90'sF day temps!!!!

Orthodontist said, Wed., "now, you didn't hear me say this but you may get your braces off Oct. appointment!!!!! A year and half!!!! Not bad!!!! Even the ceramic temp tooth, held in by a steel and now plastic post, for 20 years!!!! has moved perfectly with the other teeth. And instead of being a masochist, like last time, I got a gold star for wearing my elastic bands enough. Gonna be really fine getting a good cleaning and whitening. I'm leaning towards not getting the two molar implants..... $6K!!! and wearing my retainer almost full time. You can't see the missing molars and they don't affect chewing. They had to be pulled, several years apart, one before bottom braces put on, after they split into the root. Interesting that my monthly payments end in Nov. He's been doing it long enough I guess he knows just about how long it's going to take. Braces-off-day pic. Will probably feel like a teenager for a bit. Grumpy old man DH will no longer have a "reason" to not hear my consonants!!!!

I would suggest Tiger Direct to 1st time PC builders because they have the biggest selection of low-high end barebones kits. When I built custom gaming PCs I would start from scratch with components which were flavor of the month (latest/greatest) and as you know that could change with every passing minute. Newegg suited my purposes better. Custom always was better than restricted proprietary which is why I stayed away from companies like HP & Dell.

2-3 miles takes 2+ hrs so's we can gab and visit with neighbors and let Bubs run after things. We all slept well last night. >95F adds extra stress. We carry water for us and Bubs so extra weight.

I don't often vape on walks but when I do it is most excellent.
