Just popping in to say hello to all. I guess I am turning into a stalker. I just come one and read the forums occasionally. I must live an awful boring life because nothing new for me to bother posting.
All is well at my end. Still vaping happily on my Reo's. Can't get any better than this.

But the purple tower and the red tower are kinda sweet...dang Rob and his beautifully colored Reos are making me go beyond basic black even in puters!

No luck on the pc hunt yet...mainly cuz i don't really know a dingdang thing about them! Thinking I'll just go simple and get one on-line from WallyWorld.

My son found a place local that does custom PC's. He has had really good luck at getting a Desktop PC with just what he needs. My daughter also did that on her last purchase. She found a PC place in her town.

Might be something worth looking into. A good place can set you up for what your PC will be expected to do. It is nice to have a place that knows your PC and will be available for upgrades or problems if they pop up.

Just got back from going to the lake with my 67 year old Mom. She almost needed a break walking from the car to the shore. It was a pretty steep incline, but only maybe 50 yards or so. Still smoking at least a PAD, drinks nothing except coffee and lives on grease and sugar. I worry. Of course she didn't swim, sat at a picnic table and smoked.


On the positive side, my swim was GREAT! Maybe I don't mind the heat wave. It was the first time I swam at this lake, that is only 2 miles from the house. Clean, clear water with a nice sandy bottom and best of all not another soul was there. I don't usually go to that lake because no dogs are allowed....but it was actually quite pleasant not worrying about leashes and runaways.

Karen, at my age i don't want to buy anything expensive,lol.And my needs are basic and simple on a pc, I don't do anything fancy or complicated on them.I could probably count on one hand the stuff i do on a daily basis...and might have a thumb left over.

My daughter has four kids, from 11 to 15. She barely makes enough to keep up. She spent less than what she would have spent in a store.

I would stay away from Dell and Gateway. They are tough to deal with if there are problems.

A Best Buy might be a good place for you to look if you want local.

No skinnydipping with my Mom-Yuck! I couldn't find my suit so I wore a little tennis dress. Made me glad that I didn't throw it away, it makes a great old fashioned swimsuit. Walking and swimming are the highlights of my day...sitting and standing still sucks.

Target is having it's end of season swimwear clearance so I ordered a suit and goggles.

I saw him out there somewhere today. He is not alone! I have been great. Just been busy with work. This new job has got me jumpin. Plus there is lots going on with Facebook. I am there most of the time.

I have a Dell. The hardware seems to be working perfectly fine - it's been about 6 years now. As for software, I ran Linux and Microsoft dual booted for a little while and went full Linux about 5 years ago.
