Half the time I post it is from the iPad now, the other half on the laptop. You never know if/when/how I am lurking
But really.... should I get the iPad Air???? The reviews say the new chip is twice as fast, and the price seems to be the same as the one I bought for the same memory? WTH??? If that is true, it seems I should get the new one, and it will be within the 15 day return (again) time. And I think that all the time I spent setting the little bugger up wouldn't be wasted since it is all on the app site right? So it would be easy right???
I'm alright I guess. Just secured our new PO box in the area where we are building...been on a waiting list for 4 months. Got my test results back from the doc and everything is great, minus the massive dose of vitamin D3 I'm on for the next 12 weeks. Gearing up for my next production cycle. Helping out on a few charity drives as well. Final appraisal happening tomorrow, so if all works out well, we'll know in the next day or so if we can send the plans to engineering and start working on the permit process. And I got a moody 14 year old. So, all things considered....good, ....I could be bored, I guess.

i'm probably not a good one to ask since my ipad is a few years old. i think it's either the second or 3rd model that was introduced,
i can watch videos on it. i suppose the retina screen's videos would be nicer, but i won't even pay for HD on my tv, so... websites, emails, forums and stuff like that, it handles just fine. i haven't touched my android tablet since i got the ipad. i wouldn't think about upgrading, but since you wouldn't be paying full-price (i think) it might make sense. i dunno.
regarding PCs, i'm usually a fairly early upgrader, thanks to my previous techie career, but even my old ipad seems rock solid.

I gotta save my pennies for WOOD! I put away most of the summer clothes today, and got out some of the winter ones. I think I can hold out for a while with what I have, especially since this week I bought DH a Christmas gift and upgraded the iPad (both unexpected but very appropriate purchases)

I just looked at it!
First off, that is a beautiful job you did! It is absolutely perfect!
And second, that box is the coolest thing ever! I thought I "broke" the ribbon and would need to pull out the elmers, but when I went to see where to put the glue it was already stuck. That magnet thing is so, so, unique and nice.
I am gonna steal that box from him after he puts that on his REO! And he is going to LOVE it!!!

When it gets here, and when DH is gone, and if he forgets to take his REO, I will take a picture and post it for all too ogle. It is going to look SO nice with Karen's and Scott's work and your tip. Maybe he will piss me off before christmas and I can keep it for ME?
