Happy Halloween Fine REO Folk. Really excited Kay. Young man who fixed the hot tub today was so excited about taking his 1.5 yr old daughter trick or treating tonight. He gets to eat the candy though. He found the leak pretty quickly. Had to replace the circulation pump and one of the jet pumps only needed new gaskets. Bearings okay New cover is much easier on these old damaged shoulders. $735.

DH just called. He won't be working any more because of TX fascist new laws stay overturned. Lots of planning to do about where to live with little income and five big dogs. I was hoping to hold out on my insanely incredible health insurance that pays 100%, no limits, and once a year $1700 deductible, until I could turn it over to same but $250 a month supplemental when Medicare kicks in, in July, but won't be able to carry the $1147/mo payment till then. Bone scan, mammogram, with probably biopsy, hip replacement, neck fascia ablation will have to be delayed unless I can get it all done before Jan. I may set DH up in a really cheap apartment, anywhere now that he won't need to be located to get to airport easily, and put up a tent structure on the "front 40" (0.77 acre attached to our homestead but not homestead, that we own but can't build on), temp fence it to contain Bubs, to buy some time. We owe more on house than sales value. You can have the frigg'n money pit bank!!! I can go visit DH with a couple of Bubs daily so he won't totally lose it. Besides DH's Social Security we only have a steady but wildly jumping gas leases for regular income. So we like when auto fuel prices jump up as it affects natural gas prices. Last month it was $16xx but this month $800. A few years ago it was hitting $4xxx for a few months. With busted investements and poor planning we put ourselves in precarious situation. DH won't consider moving to Mexico jungle where we have a place to live for practically nothing. Eternal optimist will pull me through. As long as I can get his recliner, big TV, satellite/cable, internet, and near Dallas, with a daily doggie fix, DH should survive.

Bubs need shots so will hit up a Petsmart or Petco cheapo Saturday. Going to keep their major medical insurance going.

Now, what to sell..... NOT REOs!!!!!

Love an hugs. Still beaming out wellness and healing. I always have plenty of that to share.

What kind of law puts people out of work? So sorry you are in this situation! :(

Good Morning Jen
Pooches sleeping?
We're all up now. My 3 a.m. ECF time is scheduled because one of the pooches has a bladder the size of a walnut. We rarely sleep past 7 a.m. because the other two start believing they're starving to death at around 6:30.
They have me trained pretty well.
