it'll be the same on woodvil day Dennis - no power and no way to get one despite the best coding skills this side of Skynet!

I'll buy one for you!

T

power won't be a problem, but thanks for reminding me to get a cell phone hotspot plan before sale night :)

it's hard to keep up with the posts here. i was mortified once to come back after 3 days and missed 300 posts, but they were all about dog's lavatorial habits and chickens.

I am running out of things to read - good grief, today i read a battery thread just to learn something. And now i am after a dedicated charger for just 18650s and i reckon i found one. As an aside my VP1, fine as it is has one awkward spring now that requires some effort to shift backwards for battery insertion. It looks nice but it's not too durable imo.

bedides, i can't trust you to buy me one.

HRH would look over and say "trunk, why are you looking at those big ones and not my mini". then you'd crumble like an old skeleton and i'd be screwed :)

Moon powered wireless hotspot? works on tidal pull no doubt?

You realise all these sales occur at night because that's when bluetooth hacking reaches its zenith!

i tried solar power once and i live in Texas - my car moved 8 feet. You know - to save the planet and all that. It was a towtruck that moved it.

Karen mentioned these kind of thingys in a thread once. As is my way, i kinda went overboard. Between these and a generator, i should have power for the duation.

HRH has no idea these exist yet! and me looking at mods is hardly worthy of her attention! Oh batteries now - oh - mods again - whatever.

It's only ever an issue if her minis fail to work!

and i invest a great deal of time and energy making sure they won't! But she will have a wood mini.

~T~..I am going to be completely serious here right now.......You are a wonderful husband.
