Good morning everyone!

Thought for the day:

"I have found both freedom and safety in my madness; the freedom of loneliness and the safety from being understood, for those who understand us enslave something in us. But let me not be too proud of my safety. Even a Thief in a jail is safe from another thief."
--from "The Madman" (1918), by Khalil Gibran

Morning REOnauts, day off today...ahhh I like the sound of that! I messed up in an earlier post. It was my daughter, not my wife that passed her permit test yesterday and has been having sleep problems. One letter typo there could have gotten me into hot water. It should have been DD not DW ;)

Finishing up travel arrangements. It looks like thanks to the generous donations of the REO family, that 4 will be attend the services as DW, Okienurse is working on arrangements to swap schedules to take off and go with me as well. A fine representation, and a good example of bang for the buck as we are all working together to share travel and rooming expenses by helping each other out.

Where will you be staying? I saw a few places in the southwest side of Denver near Logan which are less expensive than the airport ones. Since you are driving 700 miles! It would make sense to take DD since gas will be the same. Glad she can make it as that is a long drive by yourself! And yes, I googled it the other day when I was googling how long my drive is.

That is so very special to see all of you working together to attend. It means so much to all of us that can't go.

Sometimes my mind can not comprehend the thought of being so connected with people that I just see in print in a online forum. For me though all I have to do is remember how these people cared and expressed concern when I posted in times of sadness. At those times you online people touched my heart. You became more to me. People who really are an extended family.

Yes, you all represent a huge part of my life. You are all loved and treasured.
We LOVE you too darlin:wub: and 1 day me and you will DEFINITELY meet in person:toast:

i got my new capri cargo military shorts today and Clyde said it was gay cause capri is only for girls so if they are only for girls why are they selling them under mens :p

I'm glad Clyde said it I wasn't gonna  Now hand in your man card on the way out damn it!!!!

Good morning Reoville I'm feeling a little better today maybe has something to do with the little voice I keep hearing in my head "STOP BEING A WUSSY FLATLANDER AND SUCK IT UP KID!!!!" I have NO idea were its coming from?:blink::unsure::p

I think it is the word "capri". Perhaps you can just call them something else

They are also known as 3/4 pants, or cropped. I think cropped can fill in for capri very nicely. Capri just screams wrong on a man, while cropped seems manly, like he did it with a machete or something

Or it could mean that a man got his junk shortened so he doesn't have to worry about it showin out of the bottom of the legs...

supertrunk would have said that, but he's not here right now:D
