hurts a lot. getting ready to pill up and try to sleep. gotta go to work monday, that's gonna be interesting. I need to find a way to get an actual night's sleep before then, currently i'm only good for a couple of hours in half hour or so blocks. : (
OUCH!! Told HRH i have gone off chicken wings as a menu item this week!
Hope you get to feeling ok soon - that looks like a nightmare. So while it's not too late - change the story from tripped over - to 'broke down a door to rescue someone from a fire'.

I'm pretty sure that was a collective REOville wince, Dave. Routing with all I've got for you to get more sleep. I'm sure you've searched the internet for any tips and tricks for folks with similar breaks, especially since you're such a champion web searcher. Hope Sunny and the kids (forgotten your precise kid situation, need a refresher on that when you can) are babying the heck out of you!
That is brutal for a long day at work...nice you have a weekend to recoup.Lazy is good! i will not pretend i like days in 95f of heat on my feet all day from 6:30 - 5:15 and 12 minutes for lunch! Usually i come home for lunch, but today i had a feeling and HRH sent me off with a little packed lunch and some tea in a water bottle!
Tonight - i have done nothing - oh yeah - i bought her a case for some tablet thing - leather or something.
Not a tablet i care to swallow for sure!

Tomorrow: work at 9 - apparently some guy is bringing something so amazing he cannot describe it! (i yawned a bit - can't he take a pic of it or something?) but anyway, shopping may fit in before or after that.
I am tired of the dealer hassling me to sell him my car 'cos i have an immediate buyer' - piss off! i like the damn thing.
I once worked for an old builder and it went like this as he was talking to an architect who laid out blueprints in front of him at 7:55 am. 'So Roy - what do you reckon about a lift (elevator) to the first floor?' "Sure - i can build it and lay foundations for it and all - but that's not what's important now"
'huh? what IS important then Roy - i thought the foundations were crucial for these?'
"What's important now - is a nice cup of tea"
And he sat down and drank his tea and ate a sandwich! i shall do the same tomorrow at 10am regardless of what they bring me.

Colorado is beautiful!! Have had a great day with Alice and Pietro and got to meet trippy tip Bert and Freddy! Ready to go to Fort Logan tomorrow and escort our friend to his final resting place for all of us. I consider this a privilege and I appreciate all the support and encouragement from everyone over the last few weeks. I thank you sincerely for the opportunity to travel to be here with Rob and Alice and Pietro as one of your representatives.
So glad you are there to share the love. I hope you get to meet lots of people and spend hours reminiscing about the man.
