Ordered me a clear wrap. Not a fan of designs, but they had this model listed. This will do until sleeves are available (if) that happens.

Let us know how it works out for you. Just ordered me a reuleaux on eciggity (should be here today (woot))

I'll definitely be looking for a good clear wrap

Try charging all 3 batteries with an external charger. Measure them to make sure they all charged properly. Install in device and vape for a while. Try charging again via USB and see what ya get. If they won't charge equally just contact your vendor for warranty repair/replacement.
Yea I'm thinking one of the batteries I put in might have been one that was a lot more charged than the others. My local shop someone's pre charges batteries due to a lot of customers requesting it. So maybe one was charged and thebalance charger couldn't catch up. Everything is reading to accurately for me to deem it faulty just yet

What about that "hole"around 510 connection? I think it is 22 mm, judging by different attys i have seen in the pictures. What about bigger diameter tanks, like Smok TFV4 in my case, is it gonna get any connection to the center pin or do I have to buy a 22mm diameter tank for it?
There's a bunch of reviews out there that demonstrate the larger tanks on there. Works fine.

For the wobbly back cover: Tiny piece of (what I've used) ductape in these corners next to the magnets, and gone is the wobble! :)

I got vtc4s in it, vaping on a parallel dual coil 11 wraps / 30gauge / 2.5mm diameter @ 0.55ohm at 70w After little time I do see my battery reducing. This way I won't be able to make it half a day I am guessing

Would this be the build causing the drain? The high wattage? I did set the proper capacity (23.31) in escribe.
Could be the vtc4s and their 2100mah that I'm using, could be that the people who say they manage to last more than a day use higher mah (and perhaps vape <40w)

Still lots of investigation to do with this kickass mod

It's not always about what wattage you vape at. A lot depends on how much you vape. I could Vape at 100 watts but sparingly, using less than 10ml of juice a day. Someone else might vape at 50 watts, but chain vape using 20-30ml a day. Even though I'd be using twice the power per vape, my battery would last way longer. That's why I only put so much stock in comparing battery usage with only knowing power settings.

Cheers,
Steve

I just got a shipment notice from vaportekusa! A little unexpected since their site said they weren't receiving them until November 30. Finally, a preorder done right!

Good to hear. Got one also but thought it was a glitch until I saw your post ;) Very unexpected.

I had been eying this mod since the first pics came out and was planning to spend 200-250 for it. When the pre order for 148 shipped showed up I was all over it, especially since they are only one state away.

Here's a photo with a TFV4. No overhang.

Gonna start the battery analysis soon as I found out that there was 3.68v (for all 3) left eventhough the indicator showed the battery was as good as empty. I'm guessing only the analysis will give the exact capacity.

I'm wondering whether I have to do this analysis for my spares as well, eventhough they are the same type of batteries, and how often this needs to be done due to degradation

Mine does the same thing and doesn't bother me. I have my cutoff at 3.3 and when there is a little less then a quarter of the battery meter I take them out and they will read 3.7 or 3.6. I like to take my batteries out around 3.5 so that's fine for me. I get a solid day of just about chain vaping then I charge away so either way I would charge them. It is interesting why it's like that.

So, regardless I do a analysis or not, the cut-off entered in escribe will be accurate?

I can survive an inaccurate indicator. Whenever the bar is fully down, it means in my case that the batt has around 3.6v left. If there are no side effects other than this I'll just leave it like this.

Other issue is that I also have a set of vtc4s; this gives another reading, another way to deal with it. Guess it's better to get spares of the same type to reduce at least this discomfort

I don't have 1 yet but if your cutoff voltage is at 3.3V. It may be that when under load the batteries voltage sags to 3.3V then bounces back to 3.6V when not under load. If that's the case, maybe lowering the cutoff voltage to 3.1-3.2 will bounce it back up to 3.5V.

Edit What I'm trying to say is I believe 18650's are sagging more under load than Lipos do. I think the battery meter is correct. At rest it's reading a quarter battery life. Then when it's fired the voltage sags to the set cutoff.
