Isn't the honorable Judge Richard J. Leon's decision going to be announced tomorrow? I'm getting anxious. I haven't heard a thing since last Friday when nothing at all was announced.

Do you think the judge is mulling over his decision until the Kennedy legislation either passes or dies in the Senate?
It's not supposed to work like that
I know....justice is blind and all that rot....but I'm just tired of waiting...it's hard to be strapped to the block, with the sword of Damocles dangling overhead.
Eric--It takes time to write the opinion, but since it is a request for a preliminary injunction and Judge Leon skipped right over the TRO request, it is not out of the question to see a decision Today or in the alterantive Monday of next week--------Sun
I shall be praying I have a few more months to stock up and find a good friend over seas to smuggle it in just in case lol
I myself am stocking up big big, as the Calla-folken would say in Stephen King's Wolves of the Calla. I just got some stuff I ordered from Intellicig seized in Dallas. I'm considering hiring a customs broker. I do live in Texas after all, so it might actually work.

Ok I'm sorry but I need to hijack this thread for one second. I love Rolland and all, but that was one of the most frustrating ends I have ever read. I really should have listen more closely to Sia Kings warnings and stopped, but I forged ahead anyway. I guess I just don't understand what he did to deserve this punishment.
The Docket today shows that njoy just submitted its Complaint and Motion today and the Court took it under advisement with SE's Complaint--so a decision will not come till sometime maybe next week. NJOY argued basically the same think as SE except added that they indeed never advertised their product as a NRT or that it was healther for anyone--------------------Sun
