Sorry if its upset you, i just had a look at the post and didnt expect to see that, you see all the mods nowadays and they are perfect.

Il take it as it comes end of discussion

Yes, laser engraving is easy and perfect, thats the point why mod makers do it, for the ease of doing it, but it isn't personal or signed by the creator.

I hand signed mine, because it isn't easy or perfect and adds a personal touch to the mod. There's nothing wrong with not liking that, but i know anything that is hand signed, from art to sports memorabilia is much more sought after then something machine/laser engraved.

At any rate, anyone not wanting engraving, just shoot me and email and i'll leave it off, no problem. Send an email to: supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com

When you get right down to it, once the numbers get put into a cnc machine there is absolutely nothing that makes whatever poots forth unique. Having a machine burn a sequence of numbers onto it is equally impersonal and valueless. A personalized hen-scratching is tons more worthwhile than any robot's perfection.

Perfect? More like a machined signed Clone.... The Shockwave is perfect...its that hand signed signature that makes it so special... Thats what us SuperT fans are after......

Google " Wabi-sabi", maybe it will make sense to you. I think it couldn't be any better. This way it is VERY personal and David actualy signed it, not a machine but a human. A laser engraving would ruin the whole purpose and journey of the Shockwave (at least for me).

No plans for another run of them yet, David said if there is ever another run then it wont be for quite a while.

Unfortunately, I don't have a dog in this hunt. FWIW I am sure David prolly can't wait to
finally get this order done and off the books.

All that being said....

PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE

make more of these ( or at least something very similar ) available in the near future.

As the saying goes, I'd give the left one of one of my favorite anatomy parts , to get one of these.

The pre-order went on for quite a long time. I don't get how people could have missed it. I almost ordered a second one (in retrospect I should have). Why do so many people want a Shockwave now but not a year ago? I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to understand.

When they came out I didn't really have the money to spare and there was no intonation it was a one time thing.
Then the extras went up for grabs and I was unemployed, so... bad timing all around.

Hopefully we'll get shipping notices this week...if he ships all 27 same day, I should get mine the day after!

Hey, TopCookie...can you explain this Lana Del Rey thing to me? I'm a music head, and I just can't understand why some people are so wild about her. She has about as much charisma as the empty chair Clint Eastwood yelled at during the RNC and her music doesn't do much for me either. Reason I'm asking you is because she's even more popular over in the UK than here in the states. She bombed on Saturday Night Live here and last week on Jools she did one song and was wearing jeans and a jumper, rather under-dressed for the occasion, not a 60's gown like usual, although the 60's style eyes were still in full effect. Yes we get Jools Holland here on one of our cable tv channels. I never miss it the last couple years as he's got a good ear for talent IMO. Also she bills herself as "The gangster Nancy Sinatra." I am pretty sure Nancy was already gangster...

Happy days everyone!
