On chargers, i can get just about any charger to charge the 26650, but it takes fiddling, dimes, awkward angles etc...If you were to ask me which ones are just drop in, no fuss chargers, then go with the XTAR, WF188 or the TR005.

Yes the TR005 only charges one at a time, be keep in mind it has almost three times the charge rate of all the other chargers i sell (1.5 amp/1500mah !!), so its a great charger for the bigger batteries, 26500, 26650, 18650, 17670, 18500 etc!

I charged my TrustFire P26650s today on my Xtar WP6 II. They fit very well (man, that's a versatile charger) but they take a loooong time.

Well I guess that ends my id and ego debate on whether to buy a satin version as well. Now the wait. Well I guess I can save my money and get a strata when they are ready, as I've been thinking hard into getting a rebuildable but one that matches up with the Shockwave will be reason enough to wait. Unless I come across one that I dont have to order from Greece comes around in Polished SS!!!

I was going to try and see if any SS lavatanks were left and buy 2 but Dwolla is US only can't use it in Canada and just much care for mailing a MO as 1-2 weeks to get there and same for the return trip if it doesn;t get lost! Man they gotta come up with a better system to sell them!! I do like to get atleast one of those though!! SS and/or a dark blue!!

Also the classies shipping to US only so again no luck for Canadians!!

Get a Line SS. The classies were flooded with these a few days ago.
Another good rebuildable is the Bulli.
The SS lava tank is still available from the last sale.
Two of those SS lava tanks cost $120. I don't think the
Strata will be in that price point. It will be higher.

Gutted I missed out on these... :(

You never know, someone still might cancel so maybe you can get yourself on a waiting list by emailing David if that happens and he'll get you the ordering info if he does end up with unclaimed shockwaves. Otherwise, let the commiserations begin for those less fortunate than ourselves...

Look at it this way, you won't have had to suffer the waiting that we have and are. It isn't easy!

Thanks for the reply there siouxsie... I have actually e-mailed David, but there's no stock at the moment and no plans to produce any more...

I should have acted sooner really, as they were available on the site - but delayed just that little bit too long as I was gathering the funds together and missed out as a result...

You guys n gals that have landed one... well done, you're very lucky and I'm very envious... :)

I'm just saying there is a chance that someone still may decide they don't want it and I don't see why it would hurt to ask to be put on a wait list should that occur. I know he's not going to produce any more and I know there's none available at the moment. If you want one should it become available via cancellation, it can't hurt to ask to be notified. There have been numerous cancellations due to the slotted version becoming unavailable and other factors.

Yeah, they are all gone but siouxse was saying ask David if he can put you on a reserve list in case anybody cancelled. Not sure that David will do that or not but its worth a shot.

Ha, Siou beat me to it, I am such a slow responder.
