That Autosol's good stuff, isn't it?
Actually, the entire time I've had my satin P+s not a single one of them has been near a polishing/cleaning compound. Every once in a great while I put them in the sink with some Dawn to get crud off. Maybe my ELA I'll treat a little different, I'll have to see, but my others' finishes have held up so well it hasn't been a concern. I did send a batch in once for a spruce-up at Super-T but that was more of a "because I can" thing; I didn't really need to.

I just got my other PV back from repairs and though ELA is far superior in build and looks , it makes me realize what a great device it is. It was my next step up from the KGOs. It is really unappreciated in the vaping world. The re-sell value is not great, so its not an investment, but for a mid-priced device it is really a wonderful vape. Its a rugged, reliable pv.

I highly recommend it for anyone that wants a custom workhorse as a backup for ELA. There are so many options as far as finish, colours, power, etc. I really did miss my Saber TOuch, and its black:)

Got bored and took a picture of my collection, as small as it is.

Ha! Don't have to worry about it being too small for long, do ya ana? Once you get the satin twin, what more could you need? But if you replaced the Saber with a Reo and add an ohm checker via Vamo, you'd have my collection. I'm not one to keep a ton of pv's, just what i see as the best pv's. (well, except for the Vamo)

Im so excited, by friday I should have my Parts from COV, more wire, more Ekowool, and finally another Ody stainless steel extension piece. I ordered an extra Ody base from E-smokeguru. Think Im set.

After all the bits and pieces get here than its a full Ody set to Justin of Vape n Shine for "satin-izing" job to match Satin ELA. If that goes well, than in the next few months I will send a set to have it brushed to match polished ELA. I will keep a set in the original mirror shine so I can mix and match parts for custom looks.

I will also mirror shine one set of the polished accent rings for ELA done in a mirror shine.

Hey Y'all. Sorry I'm not going to post a picture of my feet and my last puppy (a boxer) passed several years ago and don't have a pic on this phone to upload.

So I just put an order in for an ELA, along with extra accent rings and the 18650 tube.

This will be my first mechanical mod and I'm pretty f'ing stoked. I just figured out what the crown 2.0 does after watching the YouTube vid and its one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I'll have to order one when and if it becomes available.

So I understand there is like a 4-6 week lead time till I get my ELA which gives me time to think about which genesis type tank to top it with.

Don't have any experience with those either but like the looks of Doc Dave's stuff. I hear they are hard to come by however.

Basically I'm looking for something that will complement the ELA in the $100-$200 range (but less is better).

I'm open to thoughts and suggestions.

Also: I fully understand physics and electrical theory so I promise not to blow myself up.

Nice to meet you folks.

Cheers.

Congrats on your purchase, seems all ELAs are now sold. I might expect a bit longer for wait time. Took about 6 weeks to get down to the last of the first batch, but things do seem to be moving along faster. Im sure it will seem like a long time and at times you will wonder why you put yourself thru all this, but when it gets there you wont even think of the time.

The most important thing you need with starting out with rebuildables is a decent multimeter or at least those ones that you attach the carto or basic cartomizers on.

Precise ELA Pre-Order
•Estimated Completion time: 10-12 weeks

You better look again.....................

I stand corrected lol. This is actually a good thing. Gives me more time to try and find a decent genesis atty to put on it.

Maybe if I can get on Doc Dave's list for a Bliss or Steam Turbine they might arrive at the same time.

Anyone out there have a polished ELA/Bliss combo picture?
