How much does voltage effect vapor production? I've been vaping LR ego-T at 3.7v. Would a 5 ohm carto at 7.4V give you a lot more vapor?
The juice should be an unthinned VG juice for max vapor production. Dripping in an atty or filling a carto-tank (LR, dual-coil) is probably the way to go.
watts of power go pretty much linearly with heat and vaporization.
Your 3.7V/2.0ohm setup will give watts = volts*volts/ohms = 3.7*3.7/2 = ~7watts
7.4*7.4/4 = ~14 watts, so much more vapor production, but is a bit higher than is considered safe, which is about 12 watts.

IKv 2.5 ohm Sr with Provari at 4.5V can do it for me

get an Ego Twist! I think they are around $30, and go up to 4.8V. They do have protection against going above a certain current level, however. I know others have stated that they cannot do 4.8V with a 1.5 ohm DC. My 4.2V Echo can't either.
Middle price between the twist and the provari might be the Lava Tube VV, at around $70.
Or just get a 5V PT for about $15. They'll happily fry out any atty/carto!
This is a sure thing!!! My 2 favorite genesis style attys, the Zenesis and the DID give me crazy amounts of thick vapor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1.5 ohm hh.357 cranked up to about 10-11 watts on a provari with some iVape cola.
2.0ohm Long Barrel HH.357, 4.8v on the Provari with a 60/40 blend gives me some crazy clouds.
Provari, 5.1v, HH357 2.5 ohms and any good juice with a higher VG ration will make you crack a window. The device that you use is really not as important as good atomizer (hh357 is the absolute best imo) and knowing what voltage to use with the atomizer you decide on.
A $15 VV with a good atomizer will beat a $500 VV with a crap atomizer.

Any Genesis style atomizer will produce more vapor, TH, and flavor than anything else on the market, including the hh357.

O I have the VV covered
got a cheapo vv box mod (should have gotten the twist!!)Any 10-12 watt vape on any 100% VG juice on any rebuildable atty should give a ridiculous amount of vapor.
just the other day I discovered that slapping a 510-T cart on a regular 510 atty was the most amazing vape I have ever had. I'm vaping Tobacco #3 from cignot...great stuff!
