Hmm weird. I had a conversation with Imeo about it and this is what he told me.

"CT of GGTS is 1mm shorter too. Also CR is 1mm shorter. The CT on GGTS is different than the UFS where you connect the base of the UFS because it has no threads to the first 3,5mm"

I don't have a UFS so I am only guessing but I kinda wonder if the threading difference is because of the holes in the base of the UFS connector to draw juice back up.

I cant get the parts together if I use the SS CT but it screws just fine with the nickel one. I'll also have to improvise an inside connector...
once I get the real/complete thing will see.

I made a deal to purchase it from Aldo a couple of days back. I have not heard further from him but if has quit vaping, I doubt he spends much time on the forums anymore.

So yeah, I have accepted his terms and he mine in writing. Just a question of finishing the shipping. Hopefully that is all it is. I would be one upset old man if for some reason I don't get it after saying it was mine. It's not every day you get a chance to own a single digit GG anything!

One would hope all parties word is good. Your word is your bond. I know you and I both live by that Major.

Machine shop made very nice parts as they always do but they didnt check them on the old parts. So its a new UFS in reality. So maybe I have to name it UFS 2 to avoid any misunderstoodings from previous customers Zor

I definately like the name UFS2

Ok does everyone mostly use 6v with reg atty or 3.7v w/LR atty?
I am doing the 3.7 w/LR and its not hitting very good for me.


Also the reason I ask is imeo ufs video his LR at 3.7 vapes great

I'm in the same boat. I don't have the big top cap (I have the little cap though for using my own drip tip) or the metal extension ring for the tank (I do have a clear tank though). Same as you, I discovered the SS GGTS collector tank does not work. I am missing the piece on the bottom right, the atty post with insides. Hopefully the parts are made available. I wish all parts could be bought seperately for everything (with a bit of a markup for profitablility of course) just so I could make this UFS and have a second one for when I hopefully score a UFS2.

Try 7.4V with a 4.5 or 5 ohm atty. I LOVE IT!!

Do you think you might ever be able to sell the UFS CT and some of the other pieces so people like me can use all the extra pieces we had already bought to try to make an extra UFS? I don't care if it ends up costing a bit more total than a whole brand new UFS, it's just so that they don't go to waste never being used. It would kind of be like how you can buy most of the parts for the SS GGTS but it is still a better value to buy the whole thing as a complete unit.

I'm not trying to be a nuisance and I shouldn’t have been stupid and bought all the extra pieces thinking I could build my own instead of waiting for the UFS to come out again, but I'm not the only one and it would help us out, and I'm sure a lot of people would like to own extra pieces of everything just in case. Please consider it in the future Imeo, and as always, I love your work!

Diff. attys hit differently. Right now today I am using a cisco LR 510 1.5 and its great. Have you put a very thin coating of vaseline on all the threads or is it gobbed on. Wipe it all off and put it on thinly. Also check the atty resistance and give it a couple vapes before putting it into the UFS. I learned the hard way a few times by not doing this. Atty might be great today and not tomorrow. Same way w/cartos. New fresh battery also.

I find that the best vape of all so far is DC or Triple cartos @ 6V in the UFS - ay yi yi.
