Not sure if it will be the same this round but on the first release of UFS, there was a limit of one per I believe. Ripple or someone who got in on the first run can clarify. I suspect between Imeo and Bruce they will do something to make sure the profiteers wont be able to order a bag full of them.

And pending additional notice from Imeo, there are only 12 waiting days until UFS season begins!

Hope it's 2 instead of 1. Would love to get my wife and brother In law one. These things are sooooooo sweet.

I'll be running the COV site on an iPod, iPhone, iPad and MacBook simultaneously, just in case. I better go upgrade to 4G too so if anything happens to my main DSL all my portables can still jack into COV without interruption. Maybe I'll get the neighbors in on it too so I can have 30 or 40 access points to the new UFS. What do you think, good idea?

Haha wow...I'd say that is overkill, but I have a way overpowered Macbook Pro, and about 4 different open wifi networks right here at home so...

Did I mention that where I live the only residential internet option is a 15Mbit cable connection?

Yeah, but I live in Taos where our signals change with the winds and whims of nature. Everything with power goes out at least 3 to 4 times a day here. those of us who depend on our electronic devices even have hamsters running emergency emergency backup generators. Personally I've rigged the horse walker down at the stables to provide enough to power for an iPhone but unfortunately right now we're out of horses, so I guess that job will be up to me if the worst happens on release day.

Yeah Wing...slight overkill there...LMAO~
Dalton????:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

I know I know...I'm probably being overzealous, but I don't think I was even around the last time they sold, and I REALLY can't afford to drop $300 in the classifieds...

... so I guess that job will be up to me if the worst happens on release day.

LOL...I'm suddenly picturing you, in a harness, running around in circles with your iPhone, placing the order... :p You should look into the solar panels...just take your house off the grid. Maybe supplement that with wind energy... idk what the weather is really like out there.

Don't worry Dalton I've got solar panels for the electronics too, but what if the clouds are out at release time? I'm thinking worst of the worse case scenario situations as they tend to happen to me quite often. I did get lucky with the iPad2 though.

Aahhh I see... I have an Uninterruptible Power Supply that provides 3 hours of juice to my router, modem, and server in the case of a power outage.

Sooo...I wonder just how many people will be vying for the UFS come release day... So far it is looking like it is gonna be sheer chance on whether or not a person gets one, since everyone will be tackling it all at once... That or worse, Everyone hitting the site simultaneously causes the server to treat it like a DDOS attack and we can't access it!

Okay guys, since I am the (un)Official Countdown guy for the 500 UFS being made, I need to let you guys in on an unexpected very short delay.

I see that several people have the same problem. Ok guys, tomorow I will stop for 4 days the UFS production to make new telescopes and new extensions. I will send them for free to all my customers that have bought the previous batch of GGTS. Of course my customers can keep their existing telescopes and extensions so they can have 2 of a kind.

This is the quote from Imeo in the Stealth Prototype thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/gg/208287-gg-stealth-prototype-54.html#post4213716

As you will read in that thread, there are some problems with the first run SS GGTS working with the Stealth Caps. So in Imeo's always gracious commitment to his existing customers, he is shutting down the UFS run to do the correction GGTS pieces for 4 days.

Since the existing countdown timer would have ended on a Sunday anyway, I am adding a total of FIVE days to the countdown clock. This is how Imeo works and you will get the same treatment if you have a problem with an item already bought. He's just that dedicated to his customers and friends which is why we love him so much.

So with all that out of the way, with the reset time added, there is (un)Officially 17 days left until UFS shopping season! Be sure to set your clocks and do your F5 Refresh Key exercises with this added time! ;)

Thanks Major! I ran across that post too but since I am new to the GG family I didn't fully understand the implications here on the UFS thread. I also do not know if I have a first run SS GGTS or not and I did just purchase a Stealth but it hasn't arrived yet so I don't know if the cap will work on my SS GGTS or not.

The only implications to the thread here is that Imeo was allowing us to keep a running estimate of when the batch of UFS would be ready for shipping. As for the new pieces being made for the first run SS GGTS, you can tell if that applies to you by the serial number of it.

There were 300 SS GGTS made on the first run. If you have a serial number that is less than 300, keep an eye out for how Imeo will be distributing these replacement parts. He has an excellent network of authorized resellers for the entire world so I am thinking the replacements will go to the resellers for distribution in their sales zones.

That is only speculation on my part about how the GGTS telescopes and extensions would be distributed as Imeo has not had time to set that up yet. That is why I say "stay tuned" to the GG Forum to find out the final details on getting replacements if your SS GGTS is one affected by this. :)

Nicely done, Major! It will be much easier to order if everyone is 5 days late to the party :)

LOL! Vapor you're gonna have these guys cyber-stoning me! That's why I took the info direct from Imeo's post and documented same. It will be an exciting and crazy time when it does happen for sure though!

I just bought the SS telescope piece to go with my GG stealth and I'm having the same problem will I to get a replacement? I would be willing to send back mine for the new one.
