Thanks VP.

So my next ? to David -- If/when you size the VapeMate to the 801 will it be an adapter to the current 510 connection?

Could one buy one now to use on the 510 and upgrade later?

Depends on what the demand is, i may just do a whole feeder with an 801 bottom if the demand is there. Otherwise an adapter. wouldn't take much and i could design it to add virtually no height. I didn't think there would be much demand for 801, but perhaps it's making a comeback:)

Most of this thread was interesting and provided a lot of info, but some of the post were a real struggle to get through. This forum - ECF - is generally a very friendly and supportive place, but some of the abuse being dished out early on in the thread was decidedly not what one generally expects to find on ECF. Constructive criticism is one thing, negative chatter is entirely different. You handled it well David, and kept things focused. Thank You!

lol, yes definitely making a come back..... the 801 LR atties are fantastic, it has the same amount of vapor (possibly more) as the LR 510 atties but the flavor is where it beats the LR 510 attie. the only downside is they are a gas guzzler.... it takes 5 drops, and last about 6 drags, sometimes up to 8, before needing to pull out the bottle and drip another 5 drops...
.....Im telling ya this juice feeder is going to spoil us. :)

The little Johnson Creek bottles I believe are advertized as being the 3ml size, but if you fill one up, it takes 4.5ml's. That's without the tip on it and filled to the very top, so I think it'd be safe to say this bottle with its tip on will hold 4mls of ejuice.

Yeah....a little tiny 306 adapter for the juice feeder would be nice. I'm giving those 306 LR attys a try very soon, read lots of good things about them.

I have a few of the 3ml bottle from JC and just checked them. The threads appear to be the same size as threads on some of my larger bottles

Yes I also think they will work as I took a child safe cap and it screws onto those little bottles. They should work pretty good. Maybe a little too good though. Like Dave said its going to be trial and error until we each find our sweet spot for getting just the right squeeze on the bottle. I am going to try a little piece of tubing down to the bottom of the bottle. That way when you squeeze it wont matter if the juice is at the top because it is coming from the bottom of the bottle.

This might be a place to look for bottles: Plastic Bottles by Style you can even get them in some cool colors!!!

Just a thought,
Kevin

As low as eleven cents per bottle but buying the number anyone of us would need, the shipping is much more than the product itself.

David; Maybe you could include one or two small bottles with the unit? If need be, maybe raise the price a buck to compensate? Consolidating in this way would make the bottles more cost effective.

Another random thought: Might be nice to have available in black anodize for a uniform look with black Egos and Rivas and when using with black atomizers and carbon fiber drip tips.

BTW: ordered first day. The unit is not what I expected but using it, I'll never again have to worry about my PV rolling off a table, plus, in public, will make my P16 look even more techy/medical, making it less likely anyone will think I'm smoking. Still amazes me the places I've been able to use this thing....

I agree with that statement 1000%......

ok who sells the bottles please

There were some links earlier and i'll check those out and get some in myself. Most of the juice manufacturer I ordered from shipped the juice in the child proof bottles, puresmoker, tastyvapor, dekang juices (heaven gifts etc). etc

Wow, I've missed this till now. I am in, preorder placed. Saving up for your modular VV box too.

David, is there enough material anywhere on the feeder, where I could mill a slot to fit a Ø1.55x5mm tube?

I suspect you could.

David, I will now need a SuperT SS Stand for my P18 with feeder. If we lay this down with the feeder in place, will it leak?
If no, I still want a stand~lol.

Leakage won't be a problem. I've had a Vapemate pulled out of the atomizer for over 24hrs with a full 10ml bottle attached and about 1 drop dribbled out onto my desk which i suspect was just some residual juice in the line as that's all that came out, had it been inserted into the atomizer, that one drop wouldn't have even been noticed.

I've been eyeing a tormach CNC mill, now that would be sweet to do some stands up with:)
