I got an email today saying my order had been shipped  after 33 days in limbo - I ordered Jan 8!

Honestly, I don't want his juice, I want my money back.

I promise had I not filed for a refund thru PayPal my order still would not have shipped. He originally marked it as refunded, now as shipped.

Exactly what he did to me. He never responded to the Pay Pal dispute though and Pay Pal refunded me the money anyways.

The was a thread on Facebook a few days ago where a customer got her order and was missing bottles. She asked for a refund for the missing bottles and Tim refused. Instead, he gave her a store credit to use on her next order. He says all sales are final and refunds are issued as store credit only, no matter the reason. The more I read from him, the shadier he seems to be.

I hate to be one of those people who screams fraud, scam, etc.... he's obviously sending out juice. And when I placed my 24 (or whatever) bottle order I wanted them. But now based on principal I'm done. Oh well...whatever. I feel bad for all customers who are not reading this or Facebook or whatever and blindly ordering from him. Bad service makes good products terrible.

How many times have you been in a restaurant and had a bad server and not enjoyed your visit there...And vice versa, had mediocre food but awesome service and had a wonderful evening....

It seems that vapers want it 1) fast 2) cheap and 3) AND to taste better than anything they have ever vaped.

4) A small company with 8,000+ orders, not to mention 5,000 emails and phone calls is going to be easily overwhelmed.

Not at all surprised they have lost employees. Sounds like a stressful situation.

I've noticed most of the complaints and negative fb for companies comes during or directly after big sales.

Note to new vendors: supply a good product, at market price, ship it w/in 3-5 days, and you'll be golden.

Let vapers who want cheap juice get it from Fasttech and wait for a month+ for it.

Of course vapers want it that way...would they prefer expensive, slow, and horrible tasting juice? Personally, I prefer fair pricing, reasonable ship times, and superior quality, but that's just me.... :)

While there is nothing wrong with having some degree of empathy for a business that clearly bit off far more than they can chew, welcome to the real world...they are a business, and as such are reaping the rewards of high volume sales as well as the pitfalls of being ill prepared to provide the timely delivery of sold items...the bad goes with the territory as much or more than the good...hey, no one put a gun to the vendor's head and demanded that they run a cheap sale and overwhelm themselves with orders...its a self-inflicted wound that must not hurt much as they quickly ran the sale again, even as their ability to fill and ship orders from the first sale lag behind...no one is happy waiting over a month for juice, nor should they be....its a potential future customer killer which should concern any business with long term aspirations, but they piled on by seeking even more orders......I'd fully expect to see a wait like many are experiencing if someone ordered from Fast Tech...but that isn't the case here...it's not being shipped over on the slow boat from China after all...

I think most of us can appreciate the amount of orders they got from this promo. I think most of us would have been ok if the owner was just honest with us about our orders.

The day after Joe pimped the sale, there was an update stating that The Vapor Company sold 7,000 bottle in 12 hours. It also stated that the owner was well equipped to handle it. On Jan 11th, the Vapor Company sent a mass e-mail apologizing for some delays, and that order would be going out. On Jan 16, the Vapor Company sent another mass e-mail stating they are almost caught up. Yet here we are, Feb 12th and there are still people that ordered on the first day of the sale that have not received anything. I am sorry, but if the owner sends out an e-mail saying they are almost caught up almost a month ago, he brought this on himself.

The owner of this company has stated many times that when this promo started, his business was a 2 man operation. Why would anyone, knowing the amount of orders a VaporJoes's promo brings in, try to pull this off. Part of being a business owner is knowing your limitations. Not only did he swamp himself, instead of ending it, he continued to push the sale on various other websites. Even though he was nowhere near caught up from the first pimping of the sale, he decides to get Joe to pimp it again. Why would anyone in their right mind do this?

Of course he is getting 5,000 e-mails a day. He might not be if he took a few minutes and would send a mass e-mail communicating what is going on. For most people, the last one of those was on Jan 16th, and it said they were almost caught up. Maybe instead of trying to provide customer service on a public forum like Facebook, he could use that time to reply to some of his e-mails. The fact is, the only way most people can get his attention is by posting on Facebook.

I am not surprised that he has gone through some employees, but 60 in a month. That has got to be some kind of record. Again, this goes back to not knowing their limitations and bad business practices. The fact that he has had this kind of turn over really makes me wonder about the quality of the product I got from him. Filling bottles with the correct amount of liquid seems to be an issue. Putting the entire order in the package seems to be an issue. What about the things that can't be seen like nicotine content. Is there an issue there too?

There are plenty of places in the US to get cheap juices and get good customer service with fast ship times. The sale Juice Mafia runs a lot for example. You actually get the same amount of juice for the same amount of money as the vapor company offers. I got 3 50ml bottles for $37.50 total from Juice Mafia. 15 10ml bottles from The Vapor Company would cost $37.35 with s/h.

Looks like orders are finally starting to roll out. My order (796, ordered 1/8 ) was listed as shipped 2/11 and is tracking via USPS.

FWIW: I did not call, nor did I request a refund from PayPal. I was actually going to since I hadn't heard anything in regards to the message I sent via their site. I did slam the "Keep The Party Going" sale while it was posted on Facebook. Outside of that, I had no communication with Tim or any of his staff.

Sounds like what people have been receiving is a mixed bag. I'll post what I get when it arrives.

While nobody seems to be pimping his $1.99 juice, those are still the prices posted on his site as of right now. Looks like he's keeping the party rolling after all.

"The Vapor Company Guys: we are currently going thru some restructuring is all. We will have our store open very shortly so you can get what you need."

So their doors are not even open right now, the FB site lists 4 store locations, are all 4 closed or do they really just have one store?

People keep saying they are getting 8000 orders, I have not seen anybody post an order number above 2000, not saying it hasn't happened but where are all the late order number complainers?

I spoke to them on the phone weeks ago, and they didnt do what they said on the phone, I emailed to cancel my order and have gotten no response, I cant stop payment I used a debt card, its only a small loss but I dont like them having my info, I wont make that mistake again.

IDK. He has said it was a two man operation in the beginning, yet he has 4 stores. I saw someone posting though asking when the one store opens because it is always closed.

received another shipment of half my order. i have now received my entire order times two. just test red dragon after steeping for a week. i was going to throw it away since i didn't trust the bright red color, but decided to try a few drops first. its not horrible if you like big red gum flavor. very strong cinnamon flavor to the point where you feel it on the tongue. decent throat hit and vapor at 12 mg. Undecided if i will vape the entire bottle though. something about the bright red color ! definitely not an all day vape.

Package arrived today. All bottles accounted for +1 which I assume was a freebie. Bottle fill levels are within reason. All bottles full above the label. So, for the record, that was 1 month, 3 days from order to ship. USPS got it here in 2 days.

No apology note, no code for free juice. Not a big deal as it's unlikely that I'll place a 2nd order. Order fulfillment issues aside, the fact is that you can only order 10ml at a shot and cannot adjust pg/vg ratio. This order was just to check out some different flavors and at 1.99 a bottle, the price was right.

As to the quality/taste of the juice, I can't comment as of yet. I'm letting it steep.

im actually really pleased with the juice, i said before that i got watermelon, but after digging on the flavor for a while i decided to place a second order and went with another bottle of it and banana as my freebie. if i like the banana and the price isnt too much higher than the sale price i would probably place a 3rd order for 3 bottles. i think if people would have kept it simple and not order more than 2 or 3 bottles at a time, maybe these orders that are a bit delinquent wouldnt have been. who knows for sure. either way, any good vaper should have more than enough of a rotation of flavors that they shouldnt ever be waiting hardcore on a shipment to come through.

anyway, ill digress. back to the watermelon. the flavor isnt super strong, and i guess at 18mg, unless you got it doubleshotted with flavor you would taste the nic more than the flavor of juice, at least thats what ive noticed from some juices, and maybe i havent had the best. for me its a matter of nicotine first, flavor second anyway. that doesnt mean im gonna deal with a crappy bland flavor though. and i certainly wouldnt call watermelon shark juice bland. usually a mix of watermelon and honeydew is my adv, and this one lends well to the honeydew because of the fact that its not too strong. im happy with the purchase, im also happy with the tips that come on the bottles, because they fit nicely inbetween the walls of my protank for easy refilling.

i wish people would have a bit more patience and give the juices a little bit more of a chance after they get them. lets think about the season with all the snow and nastyness we've had making it difficult to get to and from work, the fact that they've had such a rotation of employees, yet they are still trying to cater to the customer with a little extra with the code for an extra bottle. think about slowtech and things coming from far away and how happy you are when you finally do get what you ordered, when people are overwhelmed and you know it, especially in a case like this, no explanation is necessary, but i think we've all sort of lost sight here that they have a bunch of flavors to offer and preference is subjective. so give the crew here a little bit of clemency, i doubt any of us who were in their situation would be able to do much better. they will find their way, and if this is what helps them grow as a business, then focus on the flavors, keep calm, and vape on! cheers!

Sounds like you work for them or are related... No excuse for not sending an email to let everyone know of the problem.

I would have done much better, I would notify my customers on the website when something is out of stock and or list how long it will take to produce the order and I wouldn't run a second sale until I had shipped the first, thats e-commerce 101

I wouldn't add artificial coloring without listing it in the ingredients on the website and bottles. If I was selling 10ml juice I would put it in 10ml bottles not 12 which just added to the confusion.

I would send my customers a new blanket update every day via email and social media on how I was progressing with their orders.

I would not say I have 4 B&Ms on my facebook page unless it were true (not verified yet)

I would make sure my employees are well trained and I would never tell the public that 20 of them were just hired from 2 (especially when you claim 4 stores), I would never blame them for any mistakes made in production and I absolutely would not use a syringe with numbers they cant read when filling bottles (bad excuses I received in email yesterday). If I was a pro, I would purchase a professional pipet filler and a Lab Balance.

IMO These people are not to be trusted with our health.

I received my order today (#334). Actually, I received two envelopes. In one envelope, I received my one order of 11 bottles along with a packing slip and letter giving me the code for a free bottle. OK....so I got my order - I haven't tried any of the juices yet.

In the 2nd envelope, I received an additional 8 bottles of juice - duplicate of my order. No note, nothing else in the envelope.

I just checked my email and I received another tracking notice for a third envelope that was shipped today. At this point, he owes me nothing. How much you want to bet the third envelope contains 3 bottles.....the 3 that were missing from envelope #2 essentially duplicating my order?????

I am not sure if he meant to double send my order, but my gut says it is a mistake. That leads me to think he has a serious lack of inventory control. But I will bite my tongue until envelope #3 arrives.

*shrugs*

UPDATE 2/14/14 -

Today I received two envelopes. One was my full order AGAIN complete with packing slip AGAIN. The second envelope consisted of 6 additional bottles. In total I have received 36 bottles of juice for the price of 11.

I have been vaping Peaches and Kreme and am finding it very enjoyable. It tastes like fresh juicy peaches. I don't taste much cream....but that is ok with me. The tangy juicy peach flavor is extremely satisfying.

I also tried the Irish Kreme and found that pleasant. Not sure how to describe it as my tongue is not as fine tuned as most of the juice connoisseurs here. (I love reading some of the flavor reports with their high notes, back notes, etc.! :D )

Anyways, I am glad this chapter is over with. I seriously doubt I will order again.

You might not ever have to order from them again...the way they seem to keep sending you juice, you might be getting regular shipments for the foreseeable future...
