I ordered on jan 8th and waited 16 days then sent a msg saying I just wanted to cancel my order and waited 5 days with no answer so I opened a paypal claim i then recieved a confirmation from the vapor co. That my order was cancelled and I thought that was the end of it well 2 and a half weeks later I get an email that it's shipped and it shows up at my house the next day. I then very naively posted on mod envy on facebook with a poor choice of words. And was attacked by the community and told I defrauded this company even the owner posted saying I was a very dishonest person without letting me elaborate on the actual situation. So I gladly told him I would mail the juice back if he wanted to pay shipping dose that make me a bad person. But this whole situation has been a nightmare and will never order from another juice company that vapor joes pimps. I shouldn't have to made to feel bad because a company messed up and I was surprised

I wouldn't blame Vapor Joes. It wasn't his company. Only the juice company screwed you and others.

Im not really blaming vapor joes im just saying when he advertises juice theres such a rush for it the vendorss get overwhelmed and have issues meeting the orders theyve already taken so i think its just easiest to avoid that

not to blame for pimping the original sale on Jan 7th, but to pimp the juice again on February 1st after knowing people hadn't received their orders more than 20 days later, makes you wonder. I know he has saved a lot of people a lot of money, but i believe he hasn't been honest about the degree to which his site is monetized. This is certainly not just a hobby for him, as he states on his site. He is financially linked to the success of the deals he pimps.

I don't know anything about his arrangements, but I'm sure he gets a .... load of free stuff. I was listening to his internet show right after the first sale and I swear he said that he got his order delivered (which was shock #1) and that they had included one of every different flavor of juice they make (shock #2 as me and a lot of people in the chat were still waiting on what we had PAID for). I'm sure that he was well aware of the widespread dissatisfaction by the time he "pimped" the second deal, and on some level to me at least that just feels wrong.

My order from 1/17 is still awaiting fulfillment. There's no point in me contacting them anymore. Apparently, if I try to cancel my order or get a refund, they'll just rush something out to me, and I wouldn't get my money back anyway. After everything I've read online regarding all their chaos, I have no intention of using it if it ever gets here - who knows what's in those bottles? So 40 bucks out the window. I am curious to see exactly how long the order takes to be filled and sent. The recent email seems to place blame on the customers for causing most of the problems because of constantly trying to contact them.

On a happier note, I ordered 2 bottles of Simple 3 from Steam Monkey on Monday night, and they were shipped out on Tuesday. :)

Emailed them on 2/14 to ask for status of order that it was a little over a month. This is the reply I got...
We have pulled your order and it is being filled. I will make sure it goes out in the mail on Tuesday. Monday is a holiday. sorry for the delay. See the problem is that we are located in Indiana and are experiencing the 3rd worse winter ever recorded and Semi's are having a hard time getting in and out of Indiana. A week ago there was a 42 car/truck pile up on one of our major Interstates that runs through this state. I-94. There is Ice everywhere and broken pipes which has caused streets to be torn up. The semi problem has caused us from getting our products to us in a timely fashion. Just a bad winter all around. So sorry for the inconvenience and I will throw in a couple extra bottles just for the inconvenience. I am sure you will love our juice and please rate us once you try it. I can promise you that shipping time will get better. As it is warming up and I am getting in more crew. We also literally went from a 2 man show to a 20 man show over night. There have also been many mess ups from the start of shipping that we have been making right as well as trying to get all of our orders out with the awesome sale that we were having.
Thank You for your business and we hope you will still be our customer.

Order arrived today 2/28. They did send 3 extra bottles. Haven't tried it yet. Once I try it, I will post back.

'Member when I posted that? Well, guess that was their way of saying, 'quit making a fuss.' I was told my order was made, and just waiting for after the holiday to go in the mail (the 19th). On the 26th, got a email with a tracking number. So glad they decided to lie and say my order was made and awaiting shipment when I just wanted my money back, successfully buying themselves more time and shutting me up for another week. Order first made on Jan 23, delivered Feb 28th.

My package came missing one bottle, but with a coupon card explaining that they are out of that flavor (dragon fruit), but they will send it to me free my next order (next order? BAHAHAHAAAAAA!!). Instead of adding something fruity to replace it, I get Nine Months- pickles and vanilla ice cream flavor. All of the juices I received pretty much smell the same, but one is kinda alarming- Cherry Nuke. The juice is red. Like, really red. Nothing on the site about using dyes in the product, so if they are sneaking in dye, what else is going in that we aren't being told about? I'm dumping all of it, but keeping the bottles. Who can't use more tiny bottles, right? Although I think I will keep the 9-Months. Like someone else said, I'll keep that one just as a reminder that you get what you pay for.


ETA- My order was 1609, if you want your stuff you really have to give them hell. Sounds like they pushed me to the top-ish of the list after many emails and phone calls.

i have now tried a few of the juices i ordered, and i must say some of them are very good imo. chocolate sin and bananagasm i found very true, and finished them immediately. The bright red and bright blue ones, i just dripped and they are ok, but i can't get myself to vape 10ml of juice with strange artificial coloring ( even though i can't say they are harmful ! ). I just don't know what to think of this company. If i didn't get the weird colored juices and if their customer service was not like this, i would for sure have ordered more from them at these prices, but as things stand, i don't think i will.
