I see where this sale is still going on. So if anyone ends up getting their orders and liking it, let us know
lol
What's a VJ?
I noticed on the Vapor Joes thread the owner is responding to anyone who is complaining and sending those orders out. I diy but I was going to pick up some liquid due to the price (for SIL). I personally understand the long wait, etc. However, I think it's unfair that people who post on the "thread" get first priority. I am just sharing since some folks don't do facebook.I ordered on 1/19/14.
Since then the web site still shows "awaiting fulfillment".
Twice I have sent emails - both ignored.
My order is not THAT late. I did place juice orders with 3 other US suppliers that day and they came quickly.
The lack of communication is what will keep me from ever ordering again. There's just too many places out there that will allow me to spend my money and give me good service.

I agree, I want some, but they seem unreliable, like fasttech but their in the us lol
I called and they picked up the phone on the second ring. She was nice and said they were missing one ingredient for one flavor I purchased, She assured me they would be receiving the ingredient Tuesday (tomorrow) Its been 3 weeks now. So even if they do ship it right away I assume I will still have to steep it for weeks more.
I wonder if everyone is waiting till Tuesday LOL If they dont ship by wed though I'm pulling my order and reporting to the BBB.
The BBB won't do much unless they're massively behind (i.e. one month +). Short of that, they'll give them a chance to resolve it and if they do, nothing more happens. The BBB isn't much more than a rating system these days, IMO. There are so many vendors that run with an F rating (in this industry and in others - so not specific to this one) and they continue to operate as if nothing happens.
If they can't get things together, I'd simply request a refund. If they deny it, call the bank unless you have a feeling it'll be shipped sooner rather than later. I don't normally tell anyone to issue a charge back as it kills things for vendors (they get slapped with fees + their credit with the merchant drops, which could lead to their merchant account being pulled if the CB count is high enough), but if that's what it comes to, that's all you can do.
I agree with sending out an update. Whatever they did to create this rapid increase in business worked. Now they need to manage it.
Having angry customers is much worse than having no customers.
I called them around noon. They answered the phone. I knew they were real busy so I said "wrong number".
Being in business for yourself is like dancing with a bear...you don't quit when you get tired.
I think they should be pulling some double shifts to get on top of this backlog and increase their satisfied customer base. The real problem is that there is no incentive for them. THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID!
