Thanks!

........ does have a valuable spot on the web. Looks like it bears watching often.

Still have not heard anything from The Vapor Company. It is such a shame for them to waste this golden opportunity for business building.

"You never get a second chance to make a good first impression."

But, it's like I said earlier - Why hurry now, they already have all the money.

I ordered on 1/19/14.

Since then the web site still shows "awaiting fulfillment".

Twice I have sent emails - both ignored.

My order is not THAT late. I did place juice orders with 3 other US suppliers that day and they came quickly.

The lack of communication is what will keep me from ever ordering again. There's just too many places out there that will allow me to spend my money and give me good service.

I noticed on the Vapor Joes thread the owner is responding to anyone who is complaining and sending those orders out. I diy but I was going to pick up some liquid due to the price (for SIL). I personally understand the long wait, etc. However, I think it's unfair that people who post on the "thread" get first priority. I am just sharing since some folks don't do facebook.

COMPLETELY agree!

I did receive an email that my order has shipped. However, it looks like he jsut created the shipping label for it, since it has been a couple days since I got that email and the USPS site only has a status of "Electronic Shipping Info Received"

On a strange (funny) note, I actually got email updates with 3 different tracking numbers. I know that my order was not large enough to warrant 3 boxes, so looks like he is still working out the kinks in that system as well.

short update... no I haven't received my package yet

I called and they picked up the phone on the second ring. She was nice and said they were missing one ingredient for one flavor I purchased, She assured me they would be receiving the ingredient Tuesday (tomorrow) Its been 3 weeks now. So even if they do ship it right away I assume I will still have to steep it for weeks more.

I wonder if everyone is waiting till Tuesday LOL If they dont ship by wed though I'm pulling my order and reporting to the BBB.

The BBB won't do much unless they're massively behind (i.e. one month +). Short of that, they'll give them a chance to resolve it and if they do, nothing more happens. The BBB isn't much more than a rating system these days, IMO. There are so many vendors that run with an F rating (in this industry and in others - so not specific to this one) and they continue to operate as if nothing happens.

If they can't get things together, I'd simply request a refund. If they deny it, call the bank unless you have a feeling it'll be shipped sooner rather than later. I don't normally tell anyone to issue a charge back as it kills things for vendors (they get slapped with fees + their credit with the merchant drops, which could lead to their merchant account being pulled if the CB count is high enough), but if that's what it comes to, that's all you can do.

Yea I wouldn't expect results from the BBB other than letting the public know, the loss is not even worth charging back really. They mite be on the level and ship as they said, I can understand trying to start a business and how difficult that is. If i like the juice I mite even give them a second try but wont put up with waiting this long again from somebody in the US. The site should have said "out of stock"

I placed my order with them on 1/22/14. Personally, I don't care how long it takes, unless it's like 2 months and I still don't have it. I paid 23$ shipped for 9 different flavors of juice. Had I paid 100$, yeah, I would expect it here in a few days. The way I see it, if it's good, it's well worth it for trying 9 flavors for 23$.

Is it frustrating? Probably, but lets look at the facts. They're obviously a new company. My order number was #1590 and I only ordered 5 days ago. That being said, it's honestly probably 4-5 people mixing juice. There's going to be a lot of waiting.

Maybe it doesn't bother me since I've dealt with FastTech. But the point is, you paid less than you would from any other vender. You're buying a cheeseburger and demanding 5-star service.

Now, with that said, don't start flaming me for it. Yes, it's your money. Yes you paid for an item, and YES you deserve your item in a timely fashion. But there are certain cases that you just need to let it ride and chill for a bit. Obviously, you could spare the money since you made the order. Also, as long as you follow the golden rule (always have enough juice to loast weeks) you should be fine waiting. I know I will be lol I have at least 30 15ml bottles and 2-3 30ml.

I agree with sending out an update. Whatever they did to create this rapid increase in business worked. Now they need to manage it.
Having angry customers is much worse than having no customers.

I called them around noon. They answered the phone. I knew they were real busy so I said "wrong number".

Being in business for yourself is like dancing with a bear...you don't quit when you get tired.

I think they should be pulling some double shifts to get on top of this backlog and increase their satisfied customer base. The real problem is that there is no incentive for them. THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID!

Just out of curiosity, how do you know they're *not* pulling double shifts??

Reviewing the recent posts, one can surmise at least 1400 orders in January 2014.
If average order is around $20.00, then these guys are sitting on somewhere near $25,000.00!

You can adjust the average order size to fit your thoughts - and they still have a lot of our money.

($5.00 x 1400 = $7,000.00 - and, that's still a sizeable sum.)

Hmmmm... I sure would like to hear from anyone who has received their order.
